Don't reach for sugar when you can have one of these epic Banana Cream Energy Balls.

All you need for 24 is:

Ingredients:
🍌2 scoops Formula 1 Banana Cream
🍌2 scoops Protein Drink Mix
🍌½ cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
🍌1 cup Desiccated Coconut
🍌(an extra 1/3 cup of shredded coconut for rolling)

Method:
1. Pulse ingredients in a food processor until combined.
2. Roll into balls
3. Roll protein balls in shredded coconut to coat

Nutritional Values per serving (2 balls): Calories 98, Fat 8.4g, Carbohydrate 3.8g, Sugars 1.7g, Fibre 2.2g, Protein 2.9g

My take on the Tropical Coconut Mousse. Sunday dinner dessert which is low in fat and high in protein. My local store didn't have a ripe mango so I used peaches instead. Tasted delicious.

🌈What you'll need:🌈
Lots of fruit - this can be fresh, tinned or frozen. Drain the juice and freeze the fruit first.

🌈How to do it:🌈
Separate the colours and blend all the fruit for each colour until smooth. If it's too thick, add some liquid.

🌈Layering the colours:🌈
To thicken the fruit smoothie for each colour, add some Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 or Tri Blend Select. Then spoon one colour at a time carefully into a glass.

My take on a VE day pudding but you can use this for any occasion. Thanks to Sarah Green for the recipe.
For each.layer

1scoop PDM (Protein Drink Mix)
2 Scoops of F1
125ml water
Blend

I used strawberry F1 for the base and then I used vanilla for the next layer. I put the glass in the fridge after doing each layer to allow time to set
Keep in the fridge until ready to serve. I used blueberries for the topping.

Day 2 Body Beautiful challenge
Yesterday - Tuesday (day 2)

Breakfast - F1 shake (strawberry and vanilla, tastes like ice cream) and peach Thermo tea

Morning Snack - some fresh fruit and water
Lunch - F1 shake (summer berries) lemon thermo tea
Snack - Herbalife chocolate peanut protein snack bar and Water
Dinner - chicken curry and rice. water

I've increased my water intake and sometimes I have a capful of Aloe Mango with it to cleanse the inside. Feeling great
Exercise - Pam Reif on YouTube for a 15 Min dance workout in the morning and an afternoon walk.
