US HONOR DOGS
US Honor Dogs offers service dog training scholarships to law enforcement, firefighters and military
I would like to thank our US HONOR DOGS 🇺🇸 donors who give humbly and sacrifically.- not requesting any big show of gratitude.
Every Christmas we have a family of supporters who forego presents and make a donation.
Lately we received a donation in honor of a recent graduate team and last week another quiet donation came in.
The heroes who receive our Service Dogs have laid their lives on the line for us- our police, firefighters and veterans - and often they don’t receive the immense THANK YOU that they deserve. It does my heart good to be able to let them know that there are A LOT of us who deeply appreciate them and support them.
THANK YOU for joining us in our efforts to give back!
This day always leaves me feeling so inadequate to express my gratitude- gratitude that I feel and should be celebrated every day. 🖤💙🖤
Veterans, the words “Thank you” will never be enough…
Thank you 💙
Representing US HONOR DOGS at a Law Enforcement mental health seminar today.
So many of our Honor Dogs teams constantly send us feedback of how much their K9 has changed and improved their life.
Do you know someone who has served who could benefit from a legitimately trained Service Dog?
Have them contact us today!
Way to go Meijers!
First responders- treatyoself!
010K9 ♥️🇺🇸♥️
🇺🇸 Team 010 😍 working public long down stays, preparing for their graduation exam. 👍🏼
Posted by one of our veterans-
Who bravely made that choice because of his service dog. 🦮❣️
We push down walls and break limitations- for both dogs and handlers. Relying on one another for strength and confidence is the beauty of the team.
A first time for public transportation was a huge success!
Not sure who did this fundraiser but…
WOW WOW WOW!!!
THANK YOU!!!! 🇺🇸
You know I’ve had a bad crush on this dog since I brought him home with me last summer.
He still moves me every time I get to train with him and he is becoming everything I thought he had potential to be. He is doing medical alerts on his own now- he just knows what he was born to do.
He still has a hard time keeping his marbles together so we are holding off testing and certifying him for a while, but his crazy high drive is what makes him such a pro at his job.
Man I ♥️this dog.
This season 🎄🎁🎉 with all the crowds and noise and lights can be daunting to anyone, but to a Veteran who served in Afghanistan it may be a big fat NOPE.
Today I got a message from one of our Service Dog teams who had gone Christmas shopping for his kids AT THE MALL for the first time.
He was able to be so relaxed - because of his Service Dog - that he even enjoyed a meal at the Food Court.
This is why we do what we do.
Those who’ve served deserve to enjoy this season more than anyone. 🐕🦺 🇺🇸
Well done, Lowe’s 🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸
2 of our current Service Dogs in Training began their public access training today and did quite well learning elevator etiquette, mobility support on stairs and restaurant manners.
Cats need not apply.
Team 008 is working on their Formal Retrieve. Cat is not in training but is determined to bogart the action. 😸😸😸
I am super excited to introduce Team 008!
This little dog is packed with super power and pure delight. He has passed his entry evaluation and is the perfect prospect for our Service Dog program.
I began working with this incredible Army Veteran years ago when we trained his first Service Dog, who is easing into retirement.
He lives quite a distance away and since he has been through the program before, we have been able to work remotely via the internet for the last several weeks.
Both are crazy intelligent and have such lovely learning attitudes so they are progressing quickly.
It is an honor and a privilege to introduce to you Team 008!
