One great experience i observed when I started plant-based diet is a week during my menstruation, i dont feel any abdominal cramps, i dont feel any hot flashes or dont feel my hormones are shooting over the roof. I dont feel moody and my cravings are very limited. I also did not feel any head aches like before. When I eat, i get easily fell full. I feel normal all the time until today when it came. Amazing!

In my plant-based journey, I started to feel full with one full meal and I no longer feel hungry the entire day. What i also boticed is that I love every spoonful of food i eat daily.

I cooked this yesterday, taro stalk and leaves. I mixed it with coconut milk. Super delish! We call it Laing in Filipino dish.

What I discovered too is I started to eat like enjoying each spoonful of food and taking time in savoring each food I eat. I stopped like Im chugging food but never stop to taste it.

It is my 8th day in my plant-based diet journey. I feel lighter and my clothes are not fit anymore. What i learn too is to store vegetables and fruits in the freezer in portions. It is easier to cook and eat my food vegetables and fruits without having to cook for longer time.

I cooked munggo today with sayote and carrots. It is so flavorful. And i have frozen avocado with coconut sugar. So Yum!!!

Why I created this page?
I wanted to be healthy and I want to share my journey to inspire others thru plant based diet.

Here is what I cooked yesterday, Plant-based Bopis. I could not imagine myself being able to recreate something that I loved eating before and now are healthy for my body.
