As I look @ my calendar this morning I am SO Excited to be Entertaining for the Cullman County Cattlemen & Cattlewomen Summer Meeting tomorrow afternoon in Cullman. What a Combo! Baseball Steaks (center cut Top Sirloin) from Pounds Meat Wagon with a little Cattman’s Steak Shake shaken on gonna be good! Then gonna Broil Zukinne steaks in oven toa crisp doness. Ca’nt wait!

Had a really good Mother’s Day Weekend with some of the kids & Grandkids over for meals. Kyle & Kirkland with Target came by Friday & did some yard management. W**d eating, grass & w**d control. If you are in need of yard management give them a Call @ Target! I then experimented with a new product I call Steak Shake Steak Fingers. Easy to prepare & got Great Reviews! I will be demoing it later to show you.! Hope all your Mothers Day was Great!

The Beef man can grill some Pork Steak with a dusting of Cattleman’s Steak Shake! 8 minutes from start to finish. Pre baked sweet potato. Talk about GOOD! I paid $7.24 for a small boneless Boston Butt, it yielded 9 nice little steaks. I will grill the other three for my wife & I @ a later. Very economical SUPPER tonight!

Found this 3.74 lb Prime Rib about to go out of date & discounted from $38.55 to $24.25. Could not resist. It will yield 6 10-12 oz steaks. Great Quality. Will pan sear with a sprinkling of Cattleman’s Steak Shake. Will post picture of finished product. Remember to shake a little Steak Shake on it!

Pan grilled Sirloin Strip Steaks. 8 minutes from beginning to end. How simple, heat the skillet to medium hight temperature, Shake a little Cattleman’s Steak Shake both sides, drop in pan about 2 minutes, turn steaks, about 2 minutes, turn again make sure the Sear is there! Take my old Beef Thermometer check internal temperature or use the touch method, the thermometer reads 138, take um up & let them Rest couple of minutes. About as Good as I have ever grilled. Shake a little Steak Shake on it!
