This is part of why I love what I do. I love being part of changing some ones life. Won't put ur name on here for privacy purposes but UK who u r. This person surprises the heck out of me every time I train her. She has very bad knees and achieved this with out barely even being able to work her legs, nothing is impossible. The dedication and drive this women has is crazy and a true inspiration

Least year I was shut down from my goals from a drastic injury. I was devastated but I didn't let it stop me. I lost a lot of muscle in the process Tho. So when I got back on my feet I got straight to work and put on well over 20 pounds in 4 months. I'm now cutting down to get back lean and went from 189 to 169 in 3 months. Stay motivated, never give up on UR goals and dreams u can have what ever u want in life

EXCUSES
How easy is it just to blame every thing and every body for things not being the way u want them to be. There is a such thing as truly being a good person and wanted the best for others. But Do u really expect any thing to change if u don't change any thing. U don't like UR job? Why R u still there? U don't like the negative people u hang around with? Why R they still there? It's no ones fault but urs. If ur over weight maybe u shouldn't eat every thing in sight and don't go to the gym. If ur depressed maybe u should get what ever is making u depressed out of UR life. People make every excuse in the world why they not winning, it's no ones fault but URs. Excuses sound best to the person making them up and if u don't change any thing things will never change. It's time to stop making excuses and take action because this is bull s**t all the people that arnt successful because of excuses. Positive people may come to u and try to boost UR spirt but u r so determined to be negotiate and miserable that u find a way to flip it around and make it negative.

U have to know that your life was ment for more then sitting at some job u hate, dealing with some boss u can't stand, hanging around with negative people that do nothing for u but tare u down

This is UR life take control of it this is UR time make a change and stop making excuses
