Food diary 02/01/19
after taking a rest day yesterday it was back to it this evening. It was a struggle going after working all day and then having tea. I took a gentle session today. 10 mins wobble, 10 mins weights, 10 mins cycle, 15 mins row and then 10 mins hill climb. Very hot and sweaty but really glad I went x
Day 4
Foot was sore today so a gentle gym session this evening. Time to concentrate on the arm weights. Thankfully Annalease came with me. It was nice to have company.
Day 3
Proper gym session today. It was mega busy so I went straight to the treadmill. I am ok on that so an easy 5k fast walk to warm up with. Tried the air walker but struggled with my foot so decided on a 5kcycle and then onto the rower for 5k. I felt really good so tried a run on the treadmill which my foot hated. 2 x 30sec bursts and I was in pain so just a final 1k walk to finish off with.
Feeling positive about going again tomorrow
Day 2
1st visit to the gym went really well. Gym isn't as scary as I thought. Looking forward to going back tomorrow

Feeling unhappy about the way I look. Been feeling it for a few months now but couldn't find the will power to actually start to make some changes. Christmas is done. Today is the start of making some small changes to reach my goal.
