😎Summer is in full swing and we happily prepare seasonal dishes, set beautiful tables outside, and enjoy every sunny day. Next in line are everyone's favourite stuffed peppers.

🫑For all its simplicity, this dish looks very appetizing and aesthetically pleasing, so it is worthy to appear on a summer festive table or at evening gatherings with relatives and friends. Peppers can be prepared in advance and before serving, just put them in small baking dishes and heat them up in the oven.

Ingredients for 6 peppers:
🔸6 peppers;
🔸500 gr minced chicken;
🔸200 gr cooked rice;
🔸200 gr cherry tomatoes;
🔸1 small onion ~ 50 gr;
🔸2 cloves of garlic;
🔸50 ml dry white wine;
🔸20 ml vegetable oil;
🔸salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
1. Use a small knife to cut the top out of the peppers, then scoop out the seeds.
2. Finely chop the onion, mix with minced meat and rice, season with black pepper and salt, mix well and scoop this mixture into the peppers.
3. Put the chopped garlic into a baking dish, top with the peppers, brush them with olive oil using a cooking brush and add a little salt.
4. Pour wine into the bottom and place in the maximum preheated oven for 15 minutes, covered with foil.
5. Remove the foil, place the cherry tomatoes on top and lightly grease them with olive oil.
6. Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.

A healthy seasonal dish is ready! Serve it beautifully with WILMAX baking dishes and enjoy your meal!😉

🌞When the weather heats up, we’re always looking for something a little lighter to serve for lunch and dinner and getting a few cold soup recipes in rotation is a huge help.🙌 Summer cold soups are a separate topic; they are light, airy and, as a rule, they are made with seasonal vegetables. Russian okroshka, Polish chlodnik, Lithuanian borscht, Andalusian gazpacho, salmorejo. There are many different recipes and all of them so delicious. Try another one this evening, cucumber soup with herbs and Greek yogurt. Right now, when the first cucumbers start to ripen, and it's hot outside, it's time for this recipe.🥒

Ingredients:
🔸 500 gr cucumbers;
🔸 ½ bunch of arugula ~ 50 gr;
🔸1 small clove of garlic;
🔸 ½ lime;
🔸100 ml mineral water;
🔸200 gr Greek yogurt;
🔸salt to taste.

Method:
1. Peel the cucumbers and chop coarsely. Rinse and dry the arugula well.
2. Put the cucumbers, the arugula, a clove of garlic and the lime juice in a blender, add mineral water and beat until the desired consistency.
3. Add Greek yogurt to the mixture and salt to taste. Bon Appetit!👍

🥧What a dispiriting irony: The season giving us fruit that just begs to be baked into a pie is the very same one when pie baking can seem...somewhat less than appealing. But today we are making a breath-taking biscuit with rhubarb and strawberries. Rhubarb gives a pleasant sourness, while strawberries add their own unique taste and aroma. Easy, fresh and so summer-like, mmm ... let’s enjoy the most beautiful season.☀️

Ingredients for the dough:
🔸150 gr flour;
🔸30 gr icing sugar;
🔸50 gr butter;
🔸1 egg.

Ingredients for the filling:
🔸100 gr rhubarb;
🔸100 gr strawberries;
🔸50 ml dessert wine (red);
🔸1 lemon;
🔸100 gr sugar;
🔸30 gr walnuts;
🔸1 yolk for greasing the dough;
🔸sesame seeds for decoration.

Method:
1. Pour flour and sugar into a bowl and mix it. Chop the cold butter with a knife, add to a bowl, then grind it with your hands until it is crumbled.
2. Mix one egg with a tablespoon of cold water. Add to previously mixed butter, flour and sugar. Knead the dough, roll into a ball and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. Mix the wine with sugar and juice of ¼ lemon, then boil the syrup, remove from the heat. Cut the rhubarb into 4 cm pieces and put into it, let it cool completely.
4. Cut the strawberries into thin slices and chop the nuts into crumbs with a knife or in a blender.
5. Roll out the dough on parchment into a circle with a diameter of 25 cm, lightly sprinkle with flour. Brush it with syrup and sprinkle nuts (leave 3 cm from the edge), then lay out a layer of strawberries and rhubarb on top.
6. Wrap the edges of the biscuit inward, brush them with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees, serve chilled and pour over the remaining rhubarb syrup.😋

💚 Delicious, fresh vitamin salad of Chinese cabbage and apple will delight you with its juiciness, easy-preparation and bright cheerful colour that stimulates the appetite.

👱‍♀ The author of the recipe Nastasya prepares it as a side dish to meat, poultry or seafood and serves it in such a versatile porcelain dish from WILMAX!

Ingredients:
🍏 1 large green apple;
🥬200 gr Chinese cabbage or a small head of cabbage;
🥄 1-2 tablespoons of grain mustard;
🍋 juice of half lemon or lime.

Method:
1. Peel the apple and cut into large cubes.
2. Cut Chinese cabbage into 2 cm thick strips.
3. Mix apples and cabbage, season with mustard and lemon or lime juice.

☝🏻 Tip: instead of Chinese cabbage, you can also use iceberg lettuce or young white cabbage.

💡It is very important not to postpone this recipe, but to cook it right now, while there are ripe and sweet APRICOTS on the market🍑🍑🍑

In our opinion, this Nastasya's apricot mousse cannot be called just a dessert. It is a delicious dish for breakfast or dinner, and as a bright addition to a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of sparkling wine.

You can take your favourite dairy product as a basis: sour cream, milk or yogurt. We will use a microwave oven for cooking. If you don't have it, you can simply simmer the apricots for 10 minutes in a skillet until soft.

Ingredients:
🔸 400 gr apricots;
🔸 200 gr yogurt;
🔸 15 gr gelatine;
🔸 1 tbsp honey;

Method:
1. Soak gelatine in water according to the instructions on the package.
2. Cut the apricots in half, remove the seeds and put in the microwave for 4 minutes, then let it cool.
3. Set aside a quarter of the apricots, blend the rest in a blender with the yogurt.
4. Dissolve the gelatine accordingly to the instructions. Nastasya dissolves in the microwave oven with two pulses of 10 sec. Then add gelatine to the yoghurt.
5. Put the mixture in ramekins or jars. Refrigerate to completely cool and set.
6. When firm, mix the remaining apricots with honey and serve with the apricot mousse. Bon Appetit! 🍑🥄

New potatoes with bacon by Nastasya

🌱 The spring season continues, and new potatoes adored by many are next in line. New potatoes, with a thin skin, are so tasty that it can be served as an independent dish and everyone will like it. Be sure to make a sauce for potatoes, for example a tomato sauce, one of the most popular and successful combination. We suggest preparing this recipe for picnics or barbecues, because the season is already open, which means it's time to gather outdoors at a large table with beautiful dishes and please ourselves with various goodies 😋

Ingredients:
🔸 500 gr new potatoes ~ 7-8 pcs;
🔸 150 gr bacon ~ 7-8 strips;
🔸 1 tbsp olive oil;
🔸 1 tbsp soy sauce;
🔸 1 clove of garlic.

For the sauce:
🔸 200 gr tomatoes;
🔸 100 gr tomato paste;
🔸 1 clove of garlic;
🔸 salt, red pepper to taste.

Method:
1. Scrub new potatoes well and rinse in cold water. Cook in boiling salted water until tender.
2. Combine olive oil, soy sauce and a pressed clove of garlic.
3. Dip the potatoes in the marinade, coat well on all sides and wrap each potato in a strip of bacon.
4. Preheat oven to maximum and bake potatoes for 10 minutes.
5. For the sauce, grate tomatoes, mix with tomato paste and a pressed clove of garlic (you can use a blender for a more uniform texture), add salt and ground red pepper to taste.

💛 Cheddar soup in a bread "pot" is an original way to beautifully and appetizingly serve the first course to the table. Cheddar cheese combines every ingredient so appetizingly that it will be impossible to resist! You will also taste a portion of healthy green vegetables! Sounds great?! Then we are preparing a quick and aromatic soup with Ilya ! Save this post and go to the story, we have prepared step-by-step photos for you 🙌

Ingredients for 2 servings:
🔸 1 head of broccoli;
🔸 30 gr butter;
🔸 ½ red onion;
🔸 15 gr flour;
🔸 125 ml milk;
🔸 125 ml cream;
🔸 235 ml vegetable stock;
🔸 25 gr carrots;
🔸 1 tsp salt;
🔸 ½ tsp black pepper;
🔸 ½ tsp nutmeg;
🔸 200 gr Cheddar cheese.

Method:
1. Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences, cut the stems and chop finely. Chop the onion into small cubes.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the onion until transparent, add flour, bring to a boil, stir constantly. Simmer on minimum heat for 10 minutes.
3. Add milk and cream to the onion and flour, then the vegetable stock (you can replace it with water).
4. Add broccoli and grated carrots to the soup and stir.
5. Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Stir well, cover and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Grate the cheddar cheese and add it to the soup. Stir well until the cheese is completely melted. The soup should have a smooth consistency.
6. Pour the hot cheese soup into prepared bread and serve.

🍳 We suggest starting your acquaintance with the famous Turkish breakfast Cilbir, somewhat reminiscent of a poached egg. Traditionally, the dish is prepared with garlic, yoghurt and served with ghee soaked in Aleppo pepper. Optionally, the chili peppers can be substituted for hot chili flakes or not added at all. Trust me, garlic yogurt will be enough for new sensations. We suggest preparing it as soon as possible. What do you think? Let's get started! 🙌

Ingredients:
🔸 1 egg;
🔸 1 small clove of garlic (chopped);
🔸 2 sprigs of fresh mint;
🔸 2 tbsp olive oil;
🔸 2 tbsp vinegar;
🔸 150 gr natural thick yogurt;
🔸 1 tsp hot chili flakes;
🔸 salt to taste;
🔸 bread to serve.

Method:
1. For garlic yoghurt, finely chop the mint leaves and then mix: yoghurt, garlic, mint and salt (the yoghurt should be thick). Leave covered overnight in the refrigerator.
2. For red sauce: heat oil in a frying pan, add chili pepper, stir. Remove from heat and let stand for a couple of minutes to allow the pepper to absorb the oil.
3. For poached eggs: in a saucepan, bring 2 litters of water to a boil, add vinegar, remove from heat and mix the water to form a whirlpool. Pour in the egg and wait 3 minutes.
4. Finally assemble the dish: put the egg on the yogurt and pour the aromatic chili oil on top.

Idea for an incredibly quick breakfast from Daria 🌟⏱

🍯 Today we will share with you a recipe for an incredibly tasty and very beautiful dish - cheese bruschetta with lavender honey and caramelized walnuts. Such a delicacy is actually perfect not only for breakfast, but also for lunch and dinner. It takes 10 minutes to prepare, and believe me, you will get unearthly pleasure! If, of course, you love Camembert cheese the way we love it 🤤

📌 SAVE THIS POST!

Ingredients for 1 serving:
🔸 20 gr walnuts;
🔸 3 medium slices of bread;
🔸 90 gr camembert cheese;
🔸 3 sprigs of thyme;
🔸 2 tbsp lavender honey;
🔸 30 gr butter.

Method:
1. In a dry frying pan and medium heat, fry the walnuts for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Add 1 tbsp of lavender honey and simmer for another 2 minutes (stirring vigorously). Place the nuts on a parchment or silicone mat until they cool completely.
2. Lightly fry the bread on both sides in butter, then remove the pan from the heat and put the cheese on top of the toast, keep under the lid for about 1 minute, until slightly melted.
3. Remove the cheese bruschetta from the pan and place it on a plate. Serve warm (or better hot), sprinkle with walnuts, garnish with thyme sprigs and pour over with lavender honey.

Ingredients for 1 serving:
🔸 crab fingers - 50 gr;
🔸 fresh strawberries - 20 gr;
🔸 radish - 20 gr;
🔸 mini frisée lettuce - 5 gr;
🔸 mini spinach - 3 gr;
🔸 arugula - 3 gr;
🔸 white grapes pitted - 10 gr;
🔸 lemon juice - 10 gr;
🔸 lime juice - 5 gr;
🔸 olive oil - 20 gr;
🔸 fresh garlic - 3 gr;
🔸 fresh ginger – 1 gr;
🔸 salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
1. Boil a crab finger in salted water with bay leaves.
2. For the dressing sauce: combine lemon and lime juice, olive oil, finely grated garlic and ginger.
3. Cut grapes and radishes into slices, strawberries into 4 parts.
4. Rinse and dry the greens.
5. Mix all ingredients with dressing. For serving, decorate with strawberries and grapes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Done!

🥗 Tuna with spring salad by Nastasya

🌸 Spring is in full swing, and now not only the first fresh greens appear, but also the first seasonal vegetables and radish is one of the first. This crunchy, peppery root vegetable with a white tail just asks for various spring salads, adding bright colours, which we have missed so much. You can mix it with anything. We chose tuna in sesame crust. Delicate meat, spicy sesame seeds and juicy vegetables with herbs are tasty, healthy and, of course, very beautiful, especially on white Wilmax dishes, which will create the very sunny spring mood 🙌

Ingredients:
🔸2 tuna medallions, 100 gr each;
🔸1 tbsp soy sauce;
🔸1 clove of garlic;
🔸1 tbsp olive oil;
🔸15 gr sesame seeds;
🔸2-3 potatoes;
🔸radish, bell pepper, arugula;
🔸 salt, ground pepper, lemon to taste.

Method:
1. Mix minced garlic with soy sauce and marinate the tuna in it for 30 minutes.
2. Dry the fish with a napkin and roll in sesame seeds, quickly fry in heated olive oil on each side.
3. Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, cut into 4 pieces and lightly sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Chop the radish and bell pepper, salt and season with olive oil.
5. Put arugula, vegetables and tuna on a flat dish, add a few drops of lemon juice if desired.

🥕🍰 Carrot cake with cream and nuts by Daria

Today we decided to expand the scope of this healthy vegetable and bake a cake! And no, the carrots are almost not felt in it, but the cake will turn out to be very tender and at the same time moist. Be sure to save this recipe 😉📌

Ingredients for the cake (18 cm mould):
🔸 165 gr flour;
🔸 175 gr sugar;
🔸 13 gr baking powder;
🔸 a pinch of salt and cinnamon;
🔸 100 ml vegetable oil;
🔸 75 ml orange juice;
🔸 zest of one orange;
🔸 315 gr carrots;
🔸 150 gr walnuts;
🔸 100 gr pecans.

Ingredients for the cream (room temperature):
🔸 200 gr cream cheese;
🔸 250 gr mascarpone;
🔸 200 gr icing sugar;
🔸 70 gr butter.

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2. Combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
3. Grate the zest of the orange and squeeze the juice out of it.
4. Add grated carrots, vegetable oil and orange juice to the zest.
5. Finely chop the walnuts (but not into crumbs) and add to the dry ingredients.
6. Combine dry and liquid ingredients. Stir until all flour is moistened.
7. Line the bottom of the mould with foil, place the dough and smooth with a spatula.
8. Send to bake in a preheated oven for around 50 minutes.
9. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. Wrap with cling film and leave for 12 hours (the cake will become soft and moist).
10. For the cream, beat the butter until light and add cream cheese, then mascarpone and icing sugar. Stir everything with a whisk (not a mixer) until smooth.
11. Start assembling the cake. Cut the resulting cake in the middle into 2 cakes. Spread generously with cream and lay on top of each other, pressing lightly. Spread the cream over the whole cake and garnish with nuts, if desired.

🍽 We recommend serving it on elegant dishes from the collection. All that remains is to brew delicious tea or aromatic coffee and enjoy 🍰
