Where we stand...
The Covid-19 crisis has greatly affected the Florida short-term market. The Governor has made a determination to launch PHASE 1 of an opening. Here's what that means...
1. Short term rentals are still not allowed until further notice. This is something that has extended from April 1 and now goes until lifted.
2. When PHASE 2 begins (after a successful PHASE 1) we will only be able to rent to FLORIDA RESIDENTS. If you have reservations with us in May and early June we will move you to a reservation of your choice.
3. When PHASE 3 starts, we will still have restrictions on rentals to COVID-19 hotspots.
We hope that you can weather this storm with us and we also hope that when things settle down you will recommend us to friends and loved ones looking for a Florida/Disney World vacation.

We’ve had a rash of cancellations because of the concerns about the coronavirus outbreak. With Disney Parks and Universal closing for the next two weeks, we recognize that two of the largest attractions in the area are dim and people are less likely to visit.
However, April is just around the corner and, from what we’ve seen from tracking illnesses in other countries, the U.S. should be on its way to health. So how about a last minute vacation? The Neighborhood
The house sits on a Southeast corner lot in the Champions Gate Community, Relax as Morning to mid-afternoon sun bathes the extended screened pool and spa. The undeveloped land to the rear of the house gives a bit of privacy, unrestricted morning sun and a beautiful view. Kick back for a movie in the theater room while the kids play games in the games room. Bring your PlayStation 3 games, rent one at one of the two Redbox locations minutes from the house or download a game or movie using the high speed wireless internet. It's the perfect place to get together. All close to the Oasis waterpark and all of the resort amenities.
Getting around
It’s less than 2 miles to the local Publix to stock the full kitchen. Travel 2 miles south to Target and MORE! Restaurants ranging from fast food to casual are nearby when you want to let someone else cook.
12 miles from the Disney Parks and close to I-4 for quick access to the airport, Universal Parks, Legoland, and Tampa.
Other Things to Note
We are within walking distance to the Oasis water park, which is included in your stay. Relax by the many pools, enjoy the splash pad with your kids, or take a few turns through the lazy river!
