Ingredients:

Decadent Cheddar Quick Bread

PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 40 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 50 minutes

SERVINGS: 12 SLICES

INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
3 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup whole milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

FOR THE TOPPING:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
A pinch of onion powder
A pinch of dried parsley

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray, ensuring coverage up the sides and in the corners.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese is coated in the flour mixture.

In a small bowl, whisk together milk and egg; pour into the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Mix in the melted butter until the dough is evenly moistened.Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the bread bakes, prepare the topping by whisking together melted butter, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and dried parsley.

Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and immediately brush with the butter topping.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
Slice and serve.

Italian Stromboli ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฒ

Ingredients :

1 tube of pillsbury pizza crust
8 slices of deli ham
10 slices of Genoa salami
12 slices of sandwich pepperoni
8 slices provolone cheese or mozzarella
(You could definitely use shredded cheese as well)
2 tablespoons of butter
2 minced garlic gloves
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

Directions :

Melt the butter in the microwave and mix in the minced garlic, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Set aside
I lined my baking sheet with parchment paper.
Stretch the pizza crust out to almost the size of your baking sheet.
Layer the deli meats. I started with the ham, then the salami followed by the pepperoni.
Layer the cheese last.
Roll the Stromboli longwise and be sure to seal the seam good.
Seal the ends good. Pinch them and mold the excess dough to the underside of the Stromboli.
Score the top a few times with a serrated knife (to allow the steam to escape while baking).
Top the Stromboli with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake the Stromboli as instructed on the back of whatever pizza dough you are using.
*I found itโ€™s the same bake time as you would if you were using it for a regular pizzaโ€ฆhowever, you just wonโ€™t par bake it as instructed on the tube.
*I know typical Stromboli has red sauce but I donโ€™t like it inside, I like to dip mine in it! You could very well use it on the inside if you would like!

Balsamic Glazed Steak Tips and Veggies Sheet Pan ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜

Ingredients :

For the Steak Tips:
1ยฝ pounds sirloin steak cut into 2-inch pieces
ยผ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
ยฝ teaspoon ground black pepper
For the Veggies:
1 pound baby potatoes halved
1 bunch asparagus trimmed
1 medium red bell pepper cut into chunks
1 medium green bell pepper cut into chunks
1 medium red onion cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions :

In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Add the steak tips to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).
In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes, asparagus, bell peppers, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Remove the steak tips from the marinade and place them on one side of a large baking sheet. Arrange the seasoned veggies on the other side of the baking sheet in an even layer.
Place the sheet pan in the oven and roast for about 10 minutes. Flip the steak tips and stir the veggies for even cooking. Continue to roast for another 10-15 minutes or until the steak tips reach your desired level of doneness and the veggies are tender and caramelized.
Serve the balsamic glazed steak tips and veggies hot from the oven.

3/4 cup granulated sugar ๐Ÿš

1/3 cup vegetable oil ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ
2 eggs, room temperature ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿฅš

Cookies and Cream Buttercream Frosting:

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature ๐Ÿงˆ

Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Chocolate Cupcakes:

Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a cupcake pan with 12 cupcake liners.
In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, stir together the chocolate chips, dark cocoa powder, and boiling water until the chocolate chips are melted. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Stir the chocolate mixture again to ensure the chocolate chips are melted. Pour the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk gently until just combined.
Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the batter is well combined and smooth.
Portion the cupcake batter into the 12 cupcake liners. Use a large cookie scoop or pour into the cupcake liners with a large liquid measuring cup.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops of the cupcakes bounce back slightly when gently touched or a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Add half of the powdered sugar and mix on the lowest speed setting until fully combined. Add the remaining powdered sugar and continue to mix on low until incorporated.
Add the vanilla extract and salt, and mix on low speed. Slowly drizzle in the heavy cream while the mixer is on low.
Increase the speed to medium-high and whip for 2-3 minutes. Scrape the sides of the bowl occasionally to ensure the frosting is well mixed.
Add the chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs and mix on low speed.
3๏ธโƒฃ Chocolate Ganache:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream.

1 additional cup grated cheese for top of casserole

How To Make Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

Preheat oven to 350ยฐ. Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, 1 cup grated cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and bacon. **Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Toss with chicken mixture.
Pour chicken mixture into prepared pan. Top with remaining cup of grated cheese.Bake for 25-35 minutes, until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.

Red Snapper with Creamy Creole Sauce ๐Ÿฒ๐ŸŸ
Ingredients:
2 red snapper fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red or green)
1/4 cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Creole seasoning
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Fish:
Season the red snapper fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the red snapper fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed. Sautรฉ the diced onions, bell peppers, and garlic until they are softened and fragrant.
Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

Alfredo Chicken Wings ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜

INGREDIENTS:
20-25 chicken wings
1 tsp Lawrys seasoned salt
1 /2 tsp Lawrys garlic salt1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
Alfredo sauce
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
2 tsp salt
1 tsp peppe
2 tsp onion powder
3 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese

DIRECTION:
Preheat oven to 375.
First, clean your chicken in salt, vinegar, and cold water. Rinse and pat dry.
Season your chicken, then place them on a cooling rack. Place them in the oven and let them cook for 20 minutes. Flip them over, and put them back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Flip them back over and let them finish cooking for 15 more minutes.
Once done, start making your Alfredo sauce. Place a pan on medium heat. Add your butter.
Once the butter melts,slowly whisk in your heavy whipping cream. Next, whisk in your seasoning and let it come to a light boil.
Turn your heat down low, and let simmer for about 3 minutes or until it slightly thickens, then add in your Parmesan cheese. Mix well, then add your chicken wings. Give it a nice toss and plate them.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz macaroni pasta
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup milk
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (4 oz) green chiles, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with beef and sautรฉ until onions are translucent.

Ingredients:
- Frozen Cheese Ravioli
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 jar of your favorite Pasta Sauce
- 1 lb of Ground Beef, browned and drained (use 2 lbs for extra meatiness)

Instructions:
1. Prepare your crockpot by adding a thin layer of pasta sauce at the bottom to prevent sticking.
2. Layer the ingredients in the crockpot in the following order: ravioli, browned ground beef, shredded Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and pasta sauce. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of sauce and cheese on top.
