Día 29. En cada viaje a Rioja, tenemos una parada obligatoria, visitar a .sampedro.7 , la persona con la que más hemos aprendido de esta región.

Quizás no sea tan mediático como otros productores (su carácter discreto a buen seguro tiene mucho que ver), pero para nosotros sin duda es uno de los más importantes vignerons no solo de Rioja sino de nuestro país.

Que difícil es catar más de 30 vinos en barrica y que cada uno muestre una personalidad propia y estén todos al máximo nivel. Que dificil es elaborar de forma absolutamente natural y conseguir una precisión como la que aúnan sus vinos y a la vez defender como nadie el terruño y la tradición enológica de su tierra.
