Two people have backed out on Lilly we've had her for quite some time in boarding and in a foster home. She will now yet again have to move to another foster home before next month. She's 35 lbs around a year old she's sweet and loving I'm just so afraid for her because people haven't really given her a chance neither person who wanted to see her even gave her the opportunity to meet. I don't understand how people will go through the process make broken promises and back out the day they are supposed to meet.its very sad to see how often this hapens.
