I hired a coach ( YES even coaches need coaching) I was really slacking on my nutrition so I hired a coach to hold me accountable. I wrote my own training program to follow but allowed the coach to hold me to a higher standard with my nutrition & other health centered protocols
2.
Increased intensity of my sessions. I was going through the motions for a while. I got really serious about my training. Was training 4x per week & reallly pushing the weights
3.
I tracked my sleep / steps / water to make sure they were at an optimal place for recovery , hydration & to help me get the most accelerated progress

Moments that I’ve felt my most confident. It took some time to get here & it took a lot of soul searching, tears, journaling…. But I can say I love myself - I love what I’m capable of - I love the boundaries I set - I love the decisions I make ( good or bad , bc i learn from both )- I love my smile - I love my work ethic. The top 3 things you need to be doing to slim your gut. 1. A calorie deficit ( consume less cals than you are expending on a daily basis ). 2. Move your body daily. You could simply start by just doing for a 20 min walk daily. 3. Reduce stress & get good quality sleep. Your stress and lack of sleep are ruining your progress. AIM for 7-8 hours of sleep per night !

My name is Kyndle Moore also known as @kyndledmoorefit on Instagram. I have a passion for fitness and I love sharing that with whoever will listen. I have a bachelors degree in Athletic training and Exercise Science. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer who helps women lose weight in just 21 days with online fitness programs.
I was a gymnast my entire life until I sustained a career ending injury. I was devastated and let depression get the best of me. I gained weight, allowed myself to be used and had NO self confidence.
