Some ingredients are almost always a sure-fire crowd-pleaser. Chocolate. Peanut butter. Chocolate AND peanut butter. ⁣

Biscoff AKA Cookie Butter seems to be another one of those things that almost everybody enjoys. I mean, what’s not to like? It’s spreadable cookie. ⁣
⁣
We’re not the kind of people to just slap some cookie butter in there and call it a day, though. Biscoff Cookies themselves are tasty, too! So when it came time for us to create a flagship Cookie Butter creation, we just had to double up.⁣

Our Biscoff Chocolate Chip Kookie is a Cookie Butter Kookie loaded with chocolate chips and Biscoff Cookies. Chocolate and peanut butter will have my heart for eternity but as far as legendary combination go, chocolate and cookie butter are right up there.⁣

When it comes to cereal, Cinnamon Toast Crunch is a first ballot Hall of Famer.⁣

There’s no way for me to possibly crunch the numbers (See what I did there?) but I’d guess that over the course of my life I’ve eaten more CTC than and other cereal.⁣

I’m not an outlier, obviously. CTC is one of the most popular cereals of all time. For good reason!⁣

It’s got that perfect blend of cinnamon and sugar. Then there’s the crunchy texture that just feels so nice in your mouth! Can’t forget to mention incredibly delicious milk it produces, either.⁣

I’ve already told you who inspired Frosted Animal Kookie.  Now let me tell you about how Biscoff Butterscotch Chip came to be!

I’ve made a special Kookie for my wife’s birthday month every year since K&K began.  She loves Biscoff so her flavor is always something with cookie butter.
 
This year I did something a little different.  Full disclosure: I’m not a fan of butterscotch.  That’s why you rarely see it used in our Kookies.  My wife, however, loves the stuff. 
 
So I felt there was no better birthday gift than the combination of some of her favorite flavors!

Cookie Butter Kookie dough, butterscotch chips, and Biscoff cookies!  I didn’t think it would work but I was so, so wrong.  This Kookie is great!  
 
If you love butterscotch and Biscoff, this Kookie is going to be your next obsession.

Sometimes I make a flavor just because it sounds good.

Most of the time I make flavors because I’ve been inspired by a time in my life, specifically a childhood memory.

But every once in awhile, I make a flavor with a very specific person in mind.

Every year since we started K&K, I’ve created special flavors in the month of August. Special flavors for a special month, because both my oldest daughter and my wife have their birthdays in August.

Frosted Animal Kookie is inspired by Brooklyn. She turns 6 this month and while she’s changed a lot over the years, there’s one constant: She loves sprinkles.

Like any kid, she also loves Frosted Animal Cookies. When it came time to create flavor for her, it was a no brainer. Birthday Cake Kookie dough, white chocolate chips, Frosted Animal Kookies, and of course - Plenty of sprinkles.

The Kookie is sweet, just like her (most of the time) and it’s been on of our most popular flavors.
