You should receive an email from Tasha Snider today regarding locations for parking and entry. If you have any questions please make sure you report to her or Cos Club asap.

Here is some need to know info:

- The convention will take place inside the building UCB (University Center Building).

-There is parking in the gray areas and as it is a Saturday all of the lots are free event parking.

-The vendor hall is planned to open up at 9am so we encourage you to be here before hand and ready to go by that time.

-The check in table will be up and running to guide you to your spot as early as 7am.

Reminder ASU Cos Club will be hosting their weekly meeting this Wednesday in UCB 241 at 8:00 pm.

This is a reminder that if you are a vendor for DevFare you must complete the vendor packet that was sent to your email by TOMORROW EVENING. The packet should take no more than 5 - 15 minutes.

The event is a combination of ASU's S.W.A.G. club's convention NerdFare and Cos Club's convention DevCon.

*Please note after tomorrow's meeting (2/7) weekly club meetings will be held in UCB 241 unless stated otherwise.

Meeting today in the Devil's Lair from 8:00pm-9:00pm. This location is temporary and flexible. If we have to we will move the meeting to the library work rooms.

The meeting times are based on the results from the poll with a majority ruling. On the main meeting times on Wednesdays the Cos Club President will be there 30 minutes early for anyone who can not stay past 8pm.

The recap meetings on Fridays are to accommodate for anyone who cannot show up to our main Wednesday meetings. These meetings will typically be short unless a lot of people show up.

We hope that these times are accessible to everyone this semester! And to those who still cannot make it, stay up to date with our events and reminders to stay connected with the club. Club meeting space will be reserved soon. We will keep everyone up to date on that process.

Hello Everyone!
So the much awaited vendor, panelist, and exhibitor forms are now available. If you are interested in being any of these three for the upcoming convention make sure you fill them out asap. Our unofficial deadline for these applications will be February 9th by 11:59 pm. We apologize for the delay in the forms due to some inter-committee confusion and issues. But we will begin to get everything up and running now that the spring semester is about to begin.

Winter break is officially coming to a close and as we enter the new semester we will need new meeting dates to accommodate everyone's new schedule. Please fill out the attached form so we can have a semester to remember. We would love it if you could all participate in the club this spring, especially with the big convention coming up. Good afternoon everyone!

Today Cos Club will be meeting at 5:30 pm in UCB 241. A lot of important planning towards this year's convention will be happening, so make sure you are there.

For the next few months meetings will be heavily encouraged to attend if you want to participate in the convention as a club member. We will need all hands on deck as this is cos club's biggest event of the year.

Today's meeting will also feature cosplay show and tell, so bring your cosplays, props, photos, or cosplay plans to show off and discuss.
