My mind is abuzz with so many ideas and dreams and plans. From flowers to candles to workshops and classes, I have so much to share and such a hard time finding where to begin! I am so grateful for the stillness and quietude that my personal practice provides, without which I wouldn’t be able to calm the goldfish adhd brain long enough to figure out what to do and how to go about it. If you’re into that stillness kinda vibe, here’s where I’ll be this week to guide you there.

✨ALSO✨ I’m going to make my first offering of Bloom with Sam Bouquets 💐 tomorrow (Sunday) so keep your eyes on my stories if you’d like to grab one!

“We don’t see the world as it is, we see the world as we are” - what does that mean to you?

21/07/2024

What a week, amirite? Astrologically speaking - lots of big shifts, we can see how that has played out on the world stage - but how about in YOUR world? I had a really interesting conversation with a friend the other day about how we are so conditioned to disassociate from how we feel. Keep moving, keep going, keep doing, keep distracting. Rest is bad. Stopping is worse. Consume. I believe it’s such a big part of why we have so much pain, illness, disease - there’s so little room for care.. for stillness.. Break the chain, come be still with me this week:

Last night I taught my ✨second✨ vinyasa class in a week, for the first time in over a year. I was, as most 200 hour YTTs go, trained in Vinyasa 9 years ago - and over time became bored and uninspired to teach it anymore. I also realized that after the pandemic hit, our bodies were all so different, and needed different things, and teaching Yin felt so much more purposeful and heart-driven for me. However, as I often do, I forgot about all the fun that teaching a flow can bring! I get to play, I get to laugh, and I still get to make folks feel good in their bodies. Above all, I’m so happy I was able to share it at my favorite space to practice, ! Who knows, you might just see me subbing more vinyasa here and there in the future! For now, you know where to find me for all things Yin 🫶🏼

Happy Summer Solstice! If you know me, you know Summer is actually my least favorite season. Historically, it’s held my worst panic attacks, my darkest thoughts, but also some of my favorite memories. Growing up with summers off lead me to believe summertime was where it’s at, but with heat becoming more oppressive, humidity assaulting, and SSRI’s making the combo unbearable - you can likely catch me inside for the season.

This is the longest day of sunlight in the year, and we lose a little bit of it each day until December. May today remind you that the light is cyclical, it’ll always wax and wane. Whether summer brings you joy or anxiety, discomfort or ease, know you’ve got the tools to find balance.

If you need a little love or intention during this transition, join me this weekend:

Saturday- 3:30-5:30pm Ear Seeds BY , Yin, Reiki for a Seasonal Recharge JC
Sunday- 2-4pm Candle Making for the Solstice JC

14/06/2024

Very, very excited for what I have to share with you for the end of June! Just about everything I live to do - Yin, Guided Meditation, Reiki, Candle Making, and Sound Bathing! I hope to see you at one of these events 🤩

10/06/2024

The Summer Solstice is on the horizon, and if you know me you know I deeply admire a shift in seasons (even if I’m not a summer girlie). I’ve got two events to help you tap into the shift, and I’m so excited to share and guide you through these energies!

🧘🏽‍♀️6/22 3:30-5:30pm Reiki & Recharge Mini Retreat : Reiki, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Ear Seeds by

🕯️ 6/23 2-4pm Candle Making : We’ll get a little witchy creating intentional candles for the Summer Solstice

Whenever I teach Pigeon/Sleeping Swan in Yin class, I can feel the energy of the room shift from folks who know it’s not a comfortable pose for them to access. Whether it’s knee issues, lumbar spine, hip replacements, ankle stuff - there’s always a reason and luckily there’s always an option. Telling folks they can use the wall and SEEING THEM USE THE WALL brings me such immense joy that I can’t explain it. I love to bring permission to explore different variations of a shape to bring the stress and sensation we’re looking for without unnecessary ouchies! Come join me for class this week:

Wednesday 5pm Gentle Yoga JC
Thursday subbing 6pm Yin JC

Sunday subbing 630pm Yoga for Anxiety JC

I don’t know how not to let sadness, grief, and heartbreak not be the underlying feeling through which I walk through this world currently. At least there are flowers, with whimsy and silly little stems. At least there’s my cat, with his floof and big eyes and sweetness. At least there are big, huge, bushy ferns. I will hold my grief and meet it with joy wherever I can find it. I will take time to be with my grief, knowing it is an old and forever friend. Is it better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all? Jury is out on that one.

Overall, 34 was an outstanding year. A year ago today I fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. I lead my very first yin yoga teacher training. I got to experience what it felt like to be romantically loved. I felt so much joy and peace and love and gratitude. The last month has been shaky, the last week has been horrendous, and this current week has me purging 10 years of stuff and moving out of the home I’ve lived in for as long. 35 has big shoes to fill, hopefully this clearing out of people and things and comfort will draw so, so much more to me. 🌸 My only gift to ask of you is to please write me a review on ClassPass, Mindbody, or my website - whenever times are dark I love to read how I’ve helped you, how my being in the world and sharing myself has helped to bring a little light into yours. 💖

On Tuesday I turn 35, and right now things are HARD in every which way - but we can do hard things. The only stability I have in my life at the moment is my work, and that’s because of all of you. So please come join me for a class this week to give me a really long hug, and remind me that there is something in this world going my way, because that would be the greatest birthday gift I could recieve right now. I will also take flowers and money because your girl dropped all her money on moving and I am not above asking for help 😅

Happy Aries season, astrological new year, first day of Spring - Happy Everything! The shift is a-shifting, can you feel it? It’s time to plant seeds. It’s time to shed. Hopefully you’ve spent the last 3 months releasing and resting and reflecting and are ready to root! My 35th birthday is on Tuesday, it’s likely I’m moving in a little under two weeks, and to say my life has been shaken up is an understatement but I am finally feeling so ready for it.

I was going to let the sads keep me in bed today, but on the first day of Princess Diana weather? No, ma’am. Out of bed by 11, threw sunscreen on my face, picked up some breakfast and an iced latte, and signed up to take class because what’s better than a Sunday yoga class? Oh don’t worry, I’m also committed to a class with tonight, too, because if there’s one way to combat sad feels it’s being held in community. If you’re combatting any feels or just wanna feel good come join me this week!

Happy First of March! I have been ✨going✨ non-stop since 2024 began - and it has been beautiful - but it has also been draining. I’ve been feeling equal parts blissful and broken these last few months, so I am so ready for the shift that March brings. Spring, another trip around the sun for me, and the energy of a fresh start for us all. I’ve recommitted myself back into my vinyasa yoga practice, mostly to get out of the rumination station that is my brain, and I forgot what a wonderful gift that truly is. So, here’s a photo of a gorgeous Anemone, the obsession I currently have, and a hope that we all find our way this month. Whether it’s onto your mat, out of your head, or what have you - take what you need, try and leave the rest behind. 🌹

Had the wonderful pleasure of joining and 20 hour Yin Teacher Training to teach 11 wonderful seekers of stillness all the yin poses & Chinese medicine magic! I’m basking in the way 2024 has set me up with my little place in this world to share the power behind the intense connection of these two practices! If you missed out on a Yin training with me so far, theres a formal announcement to come 😊 but save weekends September-October on your calendar for another 35 hour deep dive! 🫶🏼

If you don’t stretch during a Broadway show intermission are you even a yogi?

It’s a full moon today, the final day of Yin Teacher Training, and I’m feeling all the feels! I love endings, because they always lead to new beginnings. As an Aries Spring baby, I am enamored by new beginnings. Not everything has to completely end to begin anew. We can start fresh at any time. I often restart or revisit my yoga practice as I need to to meet me where I’m at. I’m currently restarting my spiritual practices and personal healing journey. We’re in the last little bit of Winter, the pull of rest and reflection is still high, but can you feel the pull of freshness and rebirth, too? There are crocuses popping up through the soggy Earth, the days are getting longer and lighter, the weather is turning more mild - there’s a shift in the air. What are you ready to leave behind before propelling into this next cycle? If you want to use the tension in your body as a starting point, come join me this week as my schedule is back to normal! 🌱

So most of my friends know how obsessed I’ve been with Liquid IV for months now. I’ve been CHRONICALLY dehydrated and really enjoyed the boost I’d gotten from taking them in everyday, but alas, they’re so sweet and even though water intake is necessary, obviously, I spend the first half of my day nursing a coffee most of the time. Enter who reached out to give me a taste of their new (just launched today!) digestion drops & hydration drops, as well! And I am HOOKED! They’re flavorless, liquid, and packed with far more benefits than the aforementioned product I’d been using. The cost per bottle is less than any other hydration product I’ve seen, and the benefits far outweigh the others, as well.

🌿 Gut-Healing Herbs & Ocean Electrolytes: Transform any beverage into a 3-in-1 digestive aid, with no sugar, sweeteners, or flavors.
🚀 Anti-Bloat & Gas Prevention: Say goodbye to bloating and gas buildup, thanks to ingredients like Peppermint and Fennel Seed.
💪 Optimized Digestion: Ginger Root and potent plant extracts support efficient food breakdown and gastrointestinal motility.
😊 Soothes Discomfort: Papaya enzymes reduce inflammation, optimize digestion, and ease discomfort in the gut.
🌊 Fortifies Gut Microbiome: With 87 ionic trace minerals, Buoy Digestion Drops balance your microbiome and encourage healthy gut responses!

Let me know if you give these Digestion drops or their Hydration drops a try! Hydration Nation 2024 💧

How I feel about entering the year of the dragon 🐉

I’m not going to lie, 2024 has been spectacular. If it’s any indication of the year ahead, I cannot wait. Between completing the leading of my first (& solo!) teacher training, to collaborating on yet another teacher training, to hosting my first magic candle making workshop, to feeling confident in advocating for my needs, showing up for myself, and being surrounded by so so so much love - I’m here for it all.

Let’s ride the wave of this Wood energy through the rest of the year!

And I can’t forget to announce the winners of my 2,000 follower candle giveaway! .rox and !!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I’m reflecting on weekend 1 of the first teacher training I’ve ever lead. Thus far, what a tremendously expansive experience it has been for me! I will NEVER claim to be the be all end all of any form of knowledge - I am not a master at my craft, I am constantly and passionately curious - but to share that passion and curiosity with others who are JUST AS passionate and curious as I am …. what an absolute gift. There is so much magic within a cohort that is focused on the same thing at the same time with the same intensity. The magic of Yin Yoga and Chinese Medicine is such a pleasure to share with others and I’m so looking forward to what else I’ll learn from these wonderful folks who are a part of this group.

These 11 wonderful beings are teachers just as much as I am, and I’m grateful for this opportunity - so grateful.

If you know me, you know that aside from acknowledging the calendar year changes as of 1/1 - I don’t believe a new year or a new cycle really begins until the Spring. The Equinox in March heralds the first day of rebirth, of Aries season, when we can literally plant seeds in the Earth and tend to them and watch them go through their cycle of the year. So, if you’re feeling unaligned with the pressure that New Year’s Day brings - you have my permission and full support to dismiss it. With that being said, 2023 is absolutely coming to a close and with it I’m reflecting on the past 365 days. I learned how to set boundaries, around the time and things I need to myself to thrive, around how I want to interact with and be seen by the world, and around who I’m becoming in this next phase of my life. I am so truly honored and excited to start 2024 off with leading my first yoga teacher training, and excited to see where things unfold on my journey from there. I’m so lucky and grateful for all the connections I’ve made with so many of you this year, my students and friends, who have really shown me love and tenderness and appreciation for exactly who I am. Thank you, endlessly, for loving me for me - quirky chaos brain and all. If you’d like to join me in class this first week of January, I’ve got a limited schedule:

Tuesday 8pm Warm Candlelit Yin JC
Wednesday 12pm Yin Hoboken & 5pm Gentle Yoga + 615pm Yin & Sound Bath

If you feel the pull to come learn Yin yoga with me and our wonderful group, there’s still time - training begins this Friday 1/5 and the link is in my bio for more information 💖

Stay warm, stay well, and know that I appreciate you ✨

The last time I saw snow was on my birthday (March) in the Pacific Northwest. Winter is finally here, even if snow isn’t, and it’s begging for rest. For reflection. For looking back since Spring to see what seeds were planted, sewn, bloomed, harvested, and ready to dip back into the Earth as/for nourishment. We, too, are these seeds. We root, we rise, we bloom, we shed, we return back to ourselves. The next few months are about this last process before we begin again. Come let me help you nourish yourself between now and the New Year.
