Some OMG HISTORY for those that are NEW here 11 years ago today I was prepping myself with every cent that I had to OPEN my very first store....a store I opened September 4th on Labor Day...well played Universe Thank You for reminding me of my humble beginnings and my hungry ambition! Difference from then and now is I hustle to live with the intensity only maturity can give. These past years we have adapted and navigated through the changing times while still continuing to keep our prices very affordable despite it all something I am very proud of. I wanted a store that everyone could afford to shop at regardless of their budget, I pride myself on giving the community a local store that thinks of their customers first and not overpricing or greed. Thank you so very much for allowing us to do what we do, we couldn't do any of this without y'all! We love and appreciate each and every one of y'all that have been with us since Day 1! Forever Grateful THANK YOU so much! ❤️
Our First day we had over 5,000 customers and I was on a register for 8 hours with lines wrapped around my store it was the best day EVER I cried like a baby after! ❤️

Our HOMECOMING ROOMS are now OPEN! If you shopped with us last year we only had one room this year we expanded and opened a second room full of ribbon! This week we received 90 boxes of NEW trinkets and ribbon we will putting out this coming week so if you see some empty spots they won't be for long. Thank you to all of our customers who have shopped HOMECOMING with us for the last 11 years we appreciate y'all! If you are new to our store and you haven't seen any of this in store it is because we close this part of the store when Homecoming Season is over. For the past few months our staff has been hard at work restocking, pricing and moving products around so it can be a very easy shopping experience for y'all. We will also be adding custom Homecoming prints in these rooms so look out for those when you're shopping. We can't wait for you to see what we are working on NEXT it's very exciting! Hello folks, if we don't answer the phone call back it's that simple. Employees are not allowed to answer the phone when they have customers in front of them or when they are helping a customer. We find it extremely rude to have customers wait in store for us to get off the phone when they took the time to drive and come in to the store to shop. We understand some of you live a good distance away and want answers before you drive to the store call back if we don't answer. Employees will not answer if they have a line or customers in front of them. We have done it this way for almost 12 years and will continue to do so to provide the best customer service to customers who are in store. Imagine being ready to check out and you have to wait however amount of minutes because our employee is on the phone with a customer?! You would find it extremely rude, we think it's rude so please call back or come into the store we appreciate you for understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Today our print shop has been printing since 6 am to get ALL your customs, online and in store orders out! We have a TON of custom prints laughing very soon! Reminder you can order prints online to pick up in store (we will call you when it's ready) or place your order online and have it shipped directly to your door! You can also view almost all our prints online and get your print order ready before coming to the store. Once at the store we ask you to fill out one of these slips with your print numbers, you can hand it to any cashier or sales associate and they will pull your prints. If we are sold out you can order the print in store or online. We use this system so our lines don't back up at checkout our lines get pretty long sometimes this system speeds up the process.
