After almost 7 years with Neal's Yard Remedies, I am officially going out of business on April 15th, 2024. This was not my choice. It is a result of a strategic decision made by the company to move away from this way of selling, towards more traditional channels of e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail.
On April 16th, you can continue to buy your favorite NYR products directly through their main website. The loyalty program will still be available and of course free shipping at $50. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter so you will get all the latest information. The NYR customer care team will be available to help.

My “Blue Bottle” Story
Hello, my name is Lori and I am an Independent Consultant for Neal’s Yard Remedies.
I came across Neal’s Yard Remedies at a time when I did not know where to turn in terms of skincare products. Over the years my skin had become so sensitive that I was having adverse reactions to my regular skincare routine. I was having a hard time finding any suitable products that did not cause the same reactions. I was honestly very skeptical at first, but I was given several samples of Neal’s Yard Remedies to try. Needless to say, here I am today.
NYR Organic’s flagship store opened their doors in 1981 in Neal’s Yard, a once forgotten corner of Covent Garden, in the heart of central London, England. You can still visit the flagship store located there today.
