Hey Lancer’s! Here’s an update on what we know moving forward with the end of the season(playoffs and summer ball) top 6 teams advance to the playoffs starting the week of June 3rd and summer ball will be for AA and up(depending on participation) for 6 weeks Monday-Thursday starting around the 24th on June then off the weekend of the 4th July!

Tonight and tomorrow we are selling spirit gear at Bradley Field from 5-7. Tonight our AAA team will be scrimmaging with Major Minor.

One of our main sponsors is in a fight for their very survival. If you know the history and the generosity of the Eugene Ems, you know that this community will be severely damaged without them. They have raised funds through the teams ownership, through the state and federal governments. They are in the final push now to secure the last remaining money they need for the stadium facility at the fairgrounds. This facility is going to be owned by the county and is going to have multiple uses. Including the county fair, concerts, MMA and boxing matches, and of course the Ems are going to be a tenant as well. The fairgrounds needs to be revitalized and this project is going to help to do that. You may have also seen the mention of disaster preparedness. This facility will be used in case of emergency to have a central point for services and those in need. A local company, DLX that provided emergency shelters is deeply involved in the planning for when/if a catastrophe hits Lane County. Please do some research if you do not know the issues yet, and consider supporting an organization who has helped us and supported so many.

Just a few days left of our hit a thon fundraiser. Prep American is currently in the lead. Don't let them win this so easily. Let's rally.

Time is running out on our most important fund raiser. The more funds we can raise the better experience we can offer our kids! Another email went out this morning about how to participate. If you need help please let me know. Let's kick it up a notch and make this the best fundraiser ever!

Remember there are awesome prizes for the top performers.

Our 2024 Hit-a-thon is underway. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. The money we raise goes directly to our club. Player guardians will receive an email today with instructions on how to participate. Top earners will receive prizes in Dick's Sporting Goods gift cards and a custom made shirt or hoodie to recognize your accomplishment.

$300 to overall winner (and custom shirt or hoodie)
$50 to each team winner (and custom shirt or hoodie)

The fundraiser ends on May 22. Please start hitting up the Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, family friends, and anyone else. Let's make this the most successful hit-a-thon ever!!
