Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services

Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc)

Collect deposits and balances

Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages

Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns

Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends

Create and update electronic records of clients

Maintain relationships with key persons

Keep financial statements and documents

Reach the revenue and profit targets

Responsibilities and Duties

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or Graduate in Tourism Management, having an experience of 3-4years preferably in Tours & Travel Industry.

Should be smart, have excellent oral & written communication skills, ability to draft and communicate through email with suppliers, customers, agents, corporate & vendors and well maintained personality.

Experienced and proficiency in preparing different itineraries as per customer requirement.

Good knowledge of destination both domestic and international (especially North East)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month

One nice story

One man died. So many men came and lifted him on their shoulders and started taking him to the funeral. Everybody was chanting
"Sri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram".
Atmosphere was very serious.
A small child was observing this event with great curiosity.
After observing the scene for a while, he asked his father, " Papa, What are they doing?"
Father replied, " the person on the shoulders of other is dead and everybody is chanting the Lord's name."
The small child asked ," Why the person on the shoulders of others is not chanting the names of the Lord?"
Father replied, " He is dead , beta ! Dead people can not chant the names of the Lord."
