We were open 4/2004 to 2/2015. We closed our store front in Ashburn, however, we still offer puppies, hand fed birds, aquarium set-up and maintenance.
We operated a store front in the Broadlands section of Ashburn, VA, April 2004 to February 2015. We have closed the store front, however we continue to offer quality select puppies, hand-fed birds, aquarium design and set-up and aquarium system maintenance. I was late for work this morning, so I was quickly making my turn onto Rt 7 from Georgetown Pike and had to swerve because this beautiful turtle was trying to cross Rt 7. So CRAZY me, slams my car in park, hits the emergency flashers and runs back, picks up Mr. turtle, gets in the car, makes a U turn; because if he was crossing the road he wanted to get to the other side. I released him on the other side in a wooded area. Here is hoping that both me and Mr. turtle will have some good karma from our short time together.

I met “Charlie” in 2006 , he was the cutest little guy; he went home with Jennifer and lived his Best Life. Charlie lived 18 years and brought so much joy and comfort to Jennifer. We love you Charlie!! (5/18/2006-3/13/2024)

This sweet frosted face belongs to Bella. She is thirteen years old and she has just lost the only home and family she’s ever known. Her owner died unexpectedly and soon after, the next of kin relinquished Bella to our local county shelter. There she sat for almost a week, miserable and all alone on the concrete floor, wondering why her world has turned upside down. If any dog’s story deserves a happy ending — it’s this one.
Bella is a senior citizen and she has some issues that are common to older Labradors including arthritis and some minor lumps, bumps and skin issues. Her teeth are clean and in good shape overall, though they do show some wear and tear. Bella had a full senior blood panel done yesterday and her labs all came back looking great for her age. She is a bit skinny and we attribute that mainly to the stress she has suffered over the last few weeks. Bella is a soft, sensitive girl who thrives on human companionship. She wants to be near her people at all times and she clearly misses her old home and family. Bella previously lived with children and a smaller dog and she loved them all. We introduced her to two kittens yesterday and she responded kindly and gently with them. Bella is a sweet ol’ grandma who needs a new family to dote on. You can see the devotion and loyalty in her soulful eyes. All she needs now is a new family to let her do what she does best — love you.
