A Maghrebi feast for eight! This North Africa inspired menu included Stuffed Vine Leaves, Lemon & Pistachio Hummus, Tagine, Walnut & Red Pepper dip.
7am ⏰ epic fry this morning! 200 mouths to feed for a celebratory around the world feast. Guests enjoyed Bengali Dali Bora 🇧🇩 (pic), Jamaican Patties 🇯🇲 , Macarons 🇫🇷 Sticky Cinnamon Buns 🇺🇸 to name a few!

A fantastic evening in collaboration with ! Small plates night, a roaring success with wonderful feedback on flavour and hospitality. Guests enjoyed a seasonal menu which included caramelised pear prosciutto & hazelnut picada and our home baked focaccia. Thanks to all! ❤️

“Lavash” crackers freshly baked this morning! Armenian in origin, Lavash is traditionally a soft flatbread. Our spin.. a thinner rolled , longer baked dough encrusted with seeds & toasted spices! Paired with soup, curry or dips .. delish!
Classic Moules Mariniere (what’s not to love)! River Teign mussels from .. highly recommend!
Grand Marnier soaked sponge, macerated raspberries, super sweet mango, silky smooth custard topped with a scattering of pistachios. What’s not to love .. right?

Haven’t baked a “biggie” for a while! Celebratory Coffee & Walnut all finished off with vanilla macarons & chocolate!
Sumac & lemon roasted cauliflower generously dolloped with smoked harissa & coconut yoghurt dressing! Totally vegan .. totally yum!
