What Halloween/fall things have you done or are doing that are exciting to you that I need to know about?
St. Pattie’s day workout was just what I needed after a few days of rest from hurting my knee. Back, Bi’s and Battle rope was just what my soul needed!

Washed sheets, cleaned our room and ALOST got all caught on laundry!

I gave my hair a little break from coloring so it’s been a hot minute since I’ve been in the chair. But after lots of laughs, great convo, a perfect color, chop of a few inches, fixing of my man-brows and for the pesky chin hair removal that I couldn’t get…I feel like a new woman!! You da 💣 Lauren!! 💖
But really, apparently at 35 I get the privilege of plucking chin hairs! I’m not the only right??

Where is your favorite place in nature that fuels your soul??
Mine is 1,000% the ocean. It calls me! I feel so connected to my higher power when I’m at the beach. It is so soothing and calming and I often love going alone so I can reconnect with myself and get grounded again…even when I’m bundled up and in boots.
Life’s been heavy lately and schedules have been full. I’m grateful I had the morning open with no meetings or appointments so I could have some me time!
Breakfast on the beach:
Plain Greek yogurt with Tangerine essential oil, berries and chia seeds…SO YUM!
DD Hot Chocolate is my fave!
When it’s dress like a hero day for spirit week and she picks her mom! 💞
Both my girls have chosen to dress up representing dōTERRA for their hero days in the last year. It makes my heart so happy to know that I’ve made a difference in their lives empowering them with essential oils, natural products and all the benefits that come from them.
It feels SO amazing to be back at the gym the last 2 weeks! It’s just like riding a bike. I haven’t been in a gym since the world shut down almost 2 years ago. My home workouts have been pretty much non existent since October and I feel at home being back in the gym.
While I wish I was punching and kicking a bag or dying at DUT class at UFC Mililani, I’ll choose to be grateful for what I have access to here.
Gnarly case of the Monday’s???
“I got you boo!” - Balance
I started my Monday off SO unbalanced and ornery today! Ugh. My warm up took me way longer than ‘I thought it should,’ I was so slow between movements, had to do modifications and drop in weight and I couldn’t get my body to move any faster. All I had were negative thoughts and then started to analyze what I ate over the weekend to make me so sluggish!
Sheesh my brain and body were a mess, but I told myself “this is NOT how I am starting this awesome week off” and then took a minute to bathe ALL OVER in Balance!
Balance is so grounding as it is made from many tree oils and I love how using this oil topically on my feet, wrists, back of neck, chest (literally bathed in it) helps to center me and calm my emotions. I was able to re-group, to get back into a positive headspace and talked positive and encouraging words to myself in the mirror so that I could finish my workout!

Do you find yourself saying ‘getting old sucks’ or ‘I seriously hate getting older’ or do you dread when your next birthday comes around or want to cry at every new ache or pain? Did you know that your attitude about aging has EVERYTHING to do with how long you will live?
I have had the WORST attitude about aging for years. I dreaded turning 30 and I wasn’t fond of turning 35. I most definitely haven’t been looking forward to when 40 comes.
May times in the last few years it seems that my body was held together with kinesiology tape, essential oils and a prayer and I’d say out loud or in my head that I HATE getting older. I have had a really sucky attitude about getting older.
But I learned something new last week that has greatly shifted my negative attitude toward aging and how long I think I live. According to Dan Buettner a researcher for National Geographic and creator of ‘The Blue Zones Project’ the number one question that predicts life expectancy is “how long we think we will live.” SAY WHAT??
WE HOLD THE POWER in ourselves to determine the longevity of our life! I am learning how much we undermine the potential of our thoughts and how critical they are to our wellbeing and its fascinating to me.
Maybe ditching the black balloons and grave stones when celebrating 40th, 50th, 60th birthday’s to something different may help our attitude of those big milestones??

I have so much gratitude to God for showing me this path so I can take this journey to improve not only my health, but my families, friends, teams, clients and so many beautiful souls all over the world I haven’t met yet!
That is how I feel currently, being a few weeks into my holistic health coaching program. Everything I am learning I am eating up (even get giddy about) and I can’t wait to share with the world in a big way my future plans.
In the mean time though, I want to bring you on a little journey and I hope you are ready to learn some new concepts and ideas with me! My hope is that you might be enlightened by different health and wellness aspects. I will be sharing what I am learning and show you how to implement simple tools and techniques to enrich your life, along with the use of essential oils and how both of these aspects compliment each other perfectly!
