Good news! For those of you unable to attend the in-person Frequency Shift™ course in September, I am delighted to let you know I am running the course online in July!!

Dates are July 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th and we will be meeting from 7:45pm-9:15pm.

I am so pleased to be able to do this. The course (founded and created by Katerina Satori) is so valuable in many ways, and on many levels – perhaps some of the most beneficial being the light codes you get to send beyond time and space through the quantum realm to raise the frequency and vibration of your life path, the release of fear-based thinking and separation, and the deepening of your connection with your Soul and the Divine.

Module #1: Energy Field Reset
In the first class, we cleanse and invigorate your aura using the 5D Chakra template, work with the high-frequency, transformational light of the Violet Flame to dissolve unhealthy attachments and vibrational leaks within your energy field and come back into full alignment with your Soul Self. You will leave feeling balanced, aligned, expanded, embodying a higher frequency and revitalised vibration.

Module #2: Ancestral and Soul Karma Clearing
Next, we are dismantling generational ancestral karma inherited through your bloodline and also Soul karma carried over from previous incarnations. You will be held in a sacred space with your Healing Guides and Healing Masters and be invited to break, release and clear karmic ties, burdens and patterns of self-sabotage and enter a new dimension of liberation and freedom.

Module #3: Emotional Body Clearing & Inner Child Process
This is my favourite class. In this class, you get to clear your emotional body from any unhealed emotional trauma and fear. We travel back in time to meet your inner child, heal psychic boundaries, experience spiritual liberation and open your heart to a new, sustainable dimension of joy and expansion.

Module #4: Wealth Consciousness Activation and Soul Retrieval Process
In this module, we unlock The New Paradigm of Money – a framework that greases the wheels for financial abundance while maintaining balance, joy, and simplicity. You will clear your money’s auric field (and any missed karmic ties that may have evaded your radar in Module #2) and welcome in prosperity and the flow of abundance. Finally, we integrate ALL aspects of your body, mind & Soul through reclaiming Soul fragments that split off during trauma in this lifetime through guided meditation and contemplation, so you leave the class with a sense of wholeness & wellbeing, radiating with the light of your Divine Spirit.

All four modules will be recorded and available to you so you can re-enter the teaching multiple times.

Module #3: Soul Karma Clearing The Wellness Barn

This session is focused on clearing outdated, outlived, outgrown karmic ties attached to the Soul Self. We start by speaking briefly about the Akashic Records - what they are, how they work and their Divine purpose - then spend quality time in a guided visualisation where you will enter your Akashic Records and energetically release karmic imprinting from your present and past incarnations. You will feel a tangible release of old energy and a swift flight into energetic liberty and freedom.

Last week's The Frequency Shift™ session at The Wellness Barn was so beautiful and extraordinarily humbling. Magic, strength and supreme stillness were thick in the air and aether.

This is an image for the Hara Line Activation we used as part of the Energy Field Clearing. Feel free to use it. I've downloaded both the images (this one and the 5D Chakra Column) on my phone and device as screensavers; a daily reminder to rebalance and maintain a connection with these unseen energy lines and portals.
