Walters State is so proud of our occupational therapy assistant students in presenting their semester long research projects during the OT Research Expo!

Hard work, professional advocacy, and giving back to the community of practice was evident this evening on the Niswonger Campus.

30/11/2022

The Occupational Therapy Assistant students will share their research from 4-7 p.m. during the Occupational Therapy Research Expo on the Niswonger Campus today. Occupational therapy practitioners will receive a two hour CEU certification with attendance.

This is also a great chance to learn about career opportunities available in this growing field.

Research will be presented through a poster presentation gallery. This is a
drop-in event with no reservations required.

We hope to see our regional OT practitioners this Thursday. Come support your local college and our region's amazing future occupational therapy assistants!

You don't need to be an OT practitioner or in healthcare to attend.

Who should attend?

Anyone that would like the opportunity to see the beautiful Walters State's Niswonger Campus.

Students or educators wishing to experience an academic poster gallery without the need to travel to a conference.

High school and college students that are curious about being in the healthcare or rehab profession.
