Knee Strength Exercise
One of my favorite ways to strengthen the knees. This builds strength without putting much pressure on the joint.
Simple and effective! This is just a $5 bucket full of water. It weighs about 40lbs. I talk to people about "carrying tasks" often. This will improve posture, core stability, grip strength, and more. The weight is adjustable. This is also known as a "suitcase carry" or asymmetrical carry. Find something to carry and your body will thank you!
Here is an example of how strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness all work together. Your fitness routine MUST include all three of these components if you want to live a long healthy life (and be able to do cool stuff)

I always like to get some pull ups in when I am at the playground. Today, my son had different plans for me. lol
He is an awesome helper in many ways. He loves the massage gun and that works out well for both of us. I just don’t trust him to do my upper legs 😂
I have been loving my air bike. I tell myself “I just gotta do 5”. I have never come across anything that wipes me out so quickly. It’s like a rowing machine and a bike combined.
