2 tablespoons butter
For the Piccata Sauce:

1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1/4 cup capers, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Cod: Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, shaking off any excess.

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
For the Vegetables:

1 cup shish*to peppers
1 cup pearl onions, peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For Garnish:

Sesame seeds
Chopped fresh cilantro or green onions
Instructions:

1 lb spaghetti noodles

Directions:

Boil Pasta:

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
Instructions:

Prepare the Steaks:

Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks 4–5 minutes for medium rare. Transfer to a plate.

Return the steaks to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
Cook for an additional minute to reheat the steaks.

🍁🍣 Maple Glazed Salmon with Pineapple Salsa 😋🌟
Ingredients:
For the Maple Glazed Salmon:

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Pineapple Salsa:

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (optional for heat)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Directions:
Prepare the Maple Glaze:

In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Cook the Salmon:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Lime wedges (for serving)
Directions:
Prepare the Salmon:

Ingredients:
For the Salisbury Steak:

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Mushroom Gravy:

2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare the Salisbury Steaks:

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, finely chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 4 oval patties.
Cook the Salisbury Steaks:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Mushroom Gravy:
