This is the un “done” face of someone who used to struggle DAILY with anxiety. I consumed Advil like candy due to daily aches and pains that made me feel like I was twice my age. I had such hopeless thoughts and was so short with my Husband and Daughter. If I was having a bad day, it usually was spent in bed under the covers. I used to hide my tears daily that were at times uncontrollable .

Sometimes I wasn’t even sure why was crying! 🙄 I could go to work or step out in public and be ok, but behind closed doors I felt out of control. I felt desperate and so angry that I couldn’t control how I felt. It was a helpless feeling.

I looked at this picture today and realized how far I’ve come in such a short period of time. I am so very fortunate to be in such a different space now. With the help of my functional, nootropic Happy Coffee and happy pill daily, I have been able to function on a higher level than I ever thought was possible...naturally. I always knew I could do better and be better, but I just didn’t know how!! The feelings were just so strong. In my throat and chest...squeezing me, racing thoughts and over thinking things...future tripping and fretting over past events would cause me to have shortness of breath. Would a panic attack ensue? I would have hid from the world and my family with a deep seeded disconnection from the world and them. I would not have been able to deal with the simplest of tasks and anything challenging...like my daughter asking for me for something, or anyone having an opinion of my state of mind, would have wrecked me. Tears would have taken over my day and kept me down. Then I would feel the guilt and anger. Why couldn’t I have just snapped out of it. Why couldn’t I have controlled my emotions better?

Today though...today and every day since early October, I’ve been in control. If I feel the anxiety coming up...which it does. I can take a breath, and it stops it!! I can feel it subside! It’s amazing! It has lost its power over me and I’ve taken it back!! 🙌. It’s nothing short of a miracle for me to be in control of my thoughts, my emotions, my food cravings, my mood, my reactions and my life!

So I really didn't want to post a before and after but here I go.

The dress pic is my before pic. I am so ashamed for letting myself go like that but I changed my life and changed my coffee. I did change my eating habits in 2018 but I had a lot of problems losing the last couple of pounds. That's when I got introduced to smart coffee and the last pounds have been melting off. I have not exercised and have only changed my diet because I don't want junk food anymore. And I have to remind myself to eat now!!! Now I only started smart coffee a month ago but when I started I was 163lbs. That's another 14 lbs since I started with smart coffee.
