Halloween Hullabaloo @ Nove’s Place 👻🎃🍬
Do you love handing out treats but only see a couple of costumed kiddos at your door each Halloween?

Do you love to dress up, go trick or treating, play games and win prizes?

Do you love laughing at funny creatures or being frightened by scary creatures?

Do you like to dress up and entertain at Halloween?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to see you at Nove’s Place on October 31st, between 5 and 8pm.

There is something for everyone at this free event for all ages!

Get to know your neighbours as they hand out candy in an indoor, guided environment. Youth of the community can enjoy games, contests, and a laugh or a scare at a level that suits them.
This evening will be structured as a walk through event so that youth can attend other Halloween events.

- Costume photo contests
- Games for all ages
- Carnival of Creatures Fun House (Safe for all ages)

The Market Passport - Grand Prize @ Nove’s Place - Thanks to everyone who filled out their market passports and visited the vendors over the course of the summer!

Through the graciousness of our vendors, we have been able to provide weekly prizes to the shoppers who joined us. Those vendors also provided many items to our Grand Prize Basket! Thank you vendor family!!

We kept every market passport that was placed in the bin this summer; All 326. Those passports were entered into the final draw with items from 22 vendors! (The video shows the final shake but Maggie and I mixed them up in a large bucket prior to the video.)

Specialty Markets @ Nove’s Place!
We are excited to be offering two seasonal markets this fall!
Autumn Market - Saturday, Oct 26th 11:00-3:00pm
This market will have the standard market feel, as all our wonderful vendors will bring your favourite treats, but the event will be enhanced by fall crafts and the feel of Autumn. There will also be activities for the young people in your family.
Holiday Market - Saturday, Dec 7th Time TBA
The lights will shine brightly, for this market, as we celebrate the upcoming holiday season! You will enjoy plenty of goodies and activities for the whole family, both inside and out.

Today’s highlight is E & A’s home creations

Emerson and Avery are two brothers who came together to start E&A’s Home Creations. Emerson has been baking almost his whole life; he has also been helping his Nan bake for 6 years. You can find them at the market selling their delicious baked goods!

About the Vendor:
“What we wanna do is bring a sense of home to our baking that brings you back to your own “grammy’s” kitchen in every bite.”

Today we highlight Philomena Farms!
At Philomena Farms, they focus on the welfare of the animals they raise and are currently working on growing vegetables year-round. They also offer English horseback riding lessons. You can see them at the market selling a variety of things such as relish, pork, eggs, and baked goods.

About the Vendor:
“We are a multi-species farm offering equine assisted learning, and riding lessons. We also raise poultry and pigs to feed our community.”
