So many times we feel that health is all or nothing. We must eat clean, go to the gym, and be perfect in every aspect of our life. It sets us up for failure. So embrace changes little by little and do what works for you. Often we pay attention to our physical health and ignore our mental and spiritual health. Sometimes making the changes that are the easiest for us cascades into the motivation to tackle the other. And if it doesn’t, we’re still all the better for the good changes we did make.
