The Biden Administration has announced that the application for its program for undocumented spouses of U.S. citizens will be available on Aug 19. We recommend people use caution before paying attorneys at this stage to help with this application. As of now, THERE IS NO APPLICATION AVAILABLE. But once the application is live and the program is open, getting good legal advice will be wise.

But once in clinic, always in the clinic. Best wishes, and thank you, Daniela!

Today the Biden Administration announced a new program that if implemented could be life changing for many, many families in our community. In short, many undocumented immigrants married to U.S. citizens would have the path cleared to be able to legalize their status - to obtain lawful permanent residence (a green card). But the program is not yet operational. We urge all members of our community to watch for information from reputable organizations, and to not seek assistance from notaries (notarios) or people who are not licensed to practice law.

As our attorney, Aubrey Maples, reached out to shake his hand, their two-year-old reached up, too. Congratulations to all of them. . This is UNLV.
