I put this client under 3-month yoga therapy to re-pattern her spine. This is her 2nd month progressive report, a.successful reversal of kyphosis.

"Since end of Apr when doing the alternate leg raise stretch, my lower back can touch the ground when extending my leg upward! Excellent Progress in Re-patterning Kyphosis
I have been working on a case with a client who suffers from spinal degeneration with cervical spinal stenosis (narrowing of disc space), kyphosis (excessive thoracic curvature) and scoliosis a month ago.
After 23 days of re-patterning with tailored daily yoga routine coupled with energy work, one could see the kyphosis improved significantly such that she can experience an opening of her heart chakra and freedom in deep breathing.
Re-pattering of the spine is a personal yoga therapy that incorporates one’s power of visualization, fluid body, a tailored yoga practice, energy work and self-awareness.

“In first 2 days training, I learned what's the sacred playground and experienced divine feminine energy when doing completion with cosmic mother, I saw her in a huge blue lotus leaf and I felt the warmth of her hand❤. I also learned about the importance of breathing (absorb the prana + cleansing of body) and it's amazing that I can sense the organ through touching with cellular awareness!”
“In 3rd & 4th day training, through different inquiries with partners, experienced external respiration and navel radiation. Especially in today's practice, with navel radiation I became more aware of movement, e.g. I noticed the discomfort when using the lower back effort to lift up the hip from cobra to Gajasana, so I switched to use my arms instead and found it's effortless to move with breathing, not as hard as before. Another thing I'd like to share is~ I did body scanning before starting yoga practice this morning and saw my entire body is in grey color; after yoga I did the scanning again saw my entire body is shining in light golden color”
“In 5th & 6th day training, through the hesitation of entering into the pool water, it's good to find out the hangover of the past and interference of ego. When finally relaxed and floating on water, it's amazing to have visualization of staying in my mother's womb when I was a fetus and feeling secured. I also learned the 4 internal organs (mental setup) in subtle body and mouthing. Now I know how to align my head when doing different asanas, e.g. Gajasana, cat pose etc.”
“In 7th & 8th day of training, found that if applied all 3 (cellular respiration, navel radiation, mouthing), can do the asana effortlessly, e.g. in half bow pose I can straighten my front arm easily. Also be more aware of body. For instance in camel pose, as my upper back & middle back are tight so I always overarch my lower back to compensate. Btw, when relaxing in Savasana yesterday, I saw myself turned into a huge starfish doing navel radiation with full awareness and lying on a lotus leaf which represents divine feminine energy, after a while I merged into the energy and became oneness with Devi. This experience is awesome!”
“Sharing after completion of module 1:
* Understand the right context of yoga which is a self discovery and to bring friendliness to our body. Also finally know what is divine femimine consciousness and had an amazing experience in earlier session.
* Understand the importance of breathing, not only for deeper stretching in physical layer, but can bring healing and crack certain energy block. Also to bring awareness to our body, notice status of organs and avoid using inappropriate muscle to force ourselves to get into the posture.

“I'm excited to have the opportunity for yoga teacher training again. It's been about 5 years since my last training, and since then, I haven't had many chances to teach or prioritize yoga. This year, I'm teaching yoga in Hong Kong and coincidentally, the training has come around again. It feels like perfect timing. In the first two days of the training, we've been reviewing what I learned before and diving deeper into the study. What's stood out to me the most is the depth of Authentic Yoga. This time, I've realized how many people in today's world treat their bodies in ways that hold them back from making breakthroughs in life. Today marks Day 6 of our water-based pattern practice, and I've experienced numerous breakthroughs and benefits during these sessions.
1.) I've noticed adjustments in some postures as we've incorporated water-based patterns. These adjustments are things I may not have been aware of during my daily practice or had lost alignment due to past injuries.
2.) Overcoming fear in the water has been a big achievement, especially during practicing navel radiation in the pool. Through studying the subtle body, I've understood the root of my fear and have been able to break free from the mental setup that created it. This has been incredibly empowering, allowing me to consciously address fears even created in past lives.
3.) The daily practicum has led to even deeper realizations, which I believe will benefit my future yoga business expansion.
In summary, the training has provided benefits beyond just physical improvements or acquiring knowledge. It's been a journey of self-realization, particularly through the application of understanding the three bodies.”
“Sharing about the 1st Module training:-
Now is the perfect time for me to reflect on my spiritual growth and how I can help others grow too. Yoga is like the foundation of everything that happens in our lives on Earth. That's the first insight that came to me from deep within during the training. If we don't have a good relationship with our bodies, our health, wealth and all the goodness come. We might feel weak physically, mentally, or become too focused on our own thoughts and mind.
During this yoga teacher training, I've found answers to many of my questions about the body and mind. Plus, I've had some incredible spiritual experiences that my soul has been yearning for. Now I understand why I've felt less interested in materialistic things. It's because my soul has been seeking liberation for many lifetimes. This time around, as Swamiji explained, my purpose is simply to attain enlightenment. I've fully embraced and surrendered to this life's purpose.
Starting with my physical body, I realize I need to ground myself in Mother Earth to begin this inner journey. I feel fortunate not to have missed this foundation in this lifetime.

*Inquiry: Navel Radiation pattern of Ontogenetic Development*
An exploration of the Navel Radiation pattern which is the 2nd water-based pattern after the breathing pattern. Navel Radiation is a dominant pattern at utero and early infancy of human development when we were still a foetus in the mother’s womb. It works on human’s fluid system to elicit the state of being and deep relaxation.
Application in Yoga and body work therapy:
• Release fear of water
• Induce a deep relaxation as if one is in the mother’s womb
• Move with integration of movement through the center to the extremities, the body position and movement is experienced as an organic whole
• Facilitate deeper stretch with buoyancy of the water especially for people who have physical difficulties exercising on land
• Activate the fluid system which makes movement fluid and graceful.

Dhyana means raising the frequency to a certain level so that the object on which the meditation is happening and the meditator both lose their boundaries and becoming one.
In this yoga module, you will learn the science of dhyana, meditation and how to prepare your body to enter into the state of Dhyana.

Last night was culmination and bringing together Mind, Body and Soul in harmony. Some concepts may sound abstract at times, and takes time for our bodies to move optimally - most importantly we show up to practise, wholeheartedly believe the process and allow ourselves to feel. Yoga is an individual practice that has no need for comparison, just like Life. As Ma Durga asked us to recall what we have learnt, so they can be recorded in our Bio and Muscle Memory - I got flashbacks of
1) Seeing my body as a second person from various angles
2) Seeing my Consciousness in the form of a Golden Egg
3) The Opening Closing of Lotus above our heads
4) Ma Durga chanting that corresponds to specific chakras during Sun Salutation
The coolest thing is applying what we learnt in our daily lives example I am now able to see my body as a second person in Yoga practices. Using a combination of (a)Cleansing action in gap after exhale (b) Unclutching; (c)SOUNDs Yoga with Paramashantini (using warm palms that symbolise Universe Father and Mother) I placed them over my upset tummy and healed myself in few minutes.

“Time flies… from going to attend six sessions of yoga classes to having attended it all without missing a session! If I am to condense the experience into a word or two, it would be self-exploration. Me exploring the bodies and mind, through the insights/concepts of the 3 different bodies revealed by Siew Yong. I learnt to be more light-hearted and laugh at myself for been so unstable in maintaining the postures and always like falling “apart”. There is an increase of mind-body awareness.. it seems like deeper connection between the mind and body. At the same time also occasionally have fleeting moments of being an external observer observing the body…this slight heightened awareness help understand a bit more on the connection between well-being, cleansing, and the breath in and out, the 2 gaps in between. This yoga also improved my flexibility through the many Yoga postures, which I remember struggling many a times. I am glad no one laughed at or judged me in uncomfortable wavelengths. I do notice an increased range of motion, improved posture, balance and coordination, I believe it will contribute to my overall physical fitness and can reduce the risk of injury in carrying out my daily activities. The breathing techniques and relaxation exercises introduced by Siew Yong helps in relaxation and stress relief. By focusing on mindful breathing, it led me to a calmer state of mind and reduced stress levels.
I think ultimately is a sense of emotional connection and wellbeing. I like the session when the visualised lotus is rising along the spine to the top of my head and it blossomed… Felt like the mind was consisting of 2 hemispheres and it opened up. Feel connected with the universe.. For some moments I felt like there is actually no “me” existing. It was a wonderful connection…Overall through the combination of many kinds of yoga postures, breathwork, visualisation, it helped regulate my emotions, anxiety, and outlook on life. Lesson #2: Yoga Module with 3 Bodies
In the second lesson, the focus was the Subtle Body and its 19 instruments of cognition. The yoga practice focused on consciousness penetrating from Causal Body (Karana Shareera) into the Subtle Body (Sukshma Shareera) followed by yoga nidra to plant the seed of sankalpa in the deeper mind.

b) Po: "Continuing from our first Yoga session on how to move our body with consciousness, I felt my soul guided my body intuitively to flex and stretch my right instep that was still tense from the last week. When I quietened down inside, I was able to listen to my body. Before our guided Unclutching Practice, when Ma Durga asked us to remember the intention we set, I asked "How would I know if happy and healthy manifested?" Actually this question was from my mind because our souls will know. During the Yoga Nidra practice, I followed and felt my body feel heavy and surrendering to Mother Earth, then felt cradled and weightless. I saw myself lying down. When prompted on the deepest pains, I simply listed them but felt no emotions as a seer. First time seeing the shiny golden egg and felt warmth in my heart like wishing tree sprouting.
Essence is in Unclutched Space, my soul knows what Intention to set. The truth is too powerful and simply shines through. I am now 100% ready to accept the Abundance that Universe has prepared for me lovingly. Interestingly today is 8/8 (double infinity signs) Universe's Grace and Love are infinite 🙏🏻 Most grateful and I wish you the same Abundance" 💗

In the first lesson, the 3 bodies – Physical Body, Subtle Body & Causal Body were explained to the participants. The yoga practice focused on initiating the movements from Consciousness, not the mind.

"On June 11th, I attended Ma Durga's workshop, which gave me a lot of cognitive and physical breakthroughs. It turned out that even the most basic breathing was not done properly. Ma Durga helped and guided me to breathe correctly, making me feel the ease of breathing, which I have not felt for a long time. All kinds of pressure and thoughts made my shoulders unable to relax, which not only caused shoulder problems, but also limited my breathing. Through this experience, I paid more attention to breathing and gave more time for breathing practice. Ma Durga's pure energy channel makes my body swing spontaneously with the music, and I feel relaxed and released. "On last Sunday's workshop, I understand that conscious health is not only absence of diseases on body but also on mental and pconsciousness level as well as our relationship with others. During yoga nidra, I fell asleep in the middle then came back after a while, when Ma Durga told us to repeat 3 times of sankalpa in our inner space, immediately my cervical spine relaxed and extended then suddenly I found myself located in higher Loka with full awareness! This experience is sooooo amazing! Therefore I need to find a way to keep my spine in alignment and relaxed all the time."

For me, the most impressive part is body scanning. This is my first time to do physical body scanning with Ma Durga... OMS! The energy is as same as when I received physical energy darshan from Swamiji, so I am sure this is Swamiji's energy!
In the workshop, I realised that my body is so tired. I used to force myself to work and suppress my emotions. After the workshop, I work on how to release my accumulated emotions which has buried deeply inside. At the same time, I start to learn how to relax - how to live in my own way. The workshop really opened this unknown part of me."

"Last Sunday's workshop introduced proper breathing and how the body parts engaged in the breathing process. When I was more aware in breathing, my breath became deeper and could generate more energy just with breathing. Generate energy by prana! In the yoga part, I could sense my body tension, and able to release it. I continued to practice this routine in the following days, the body feel more relaxed and this improves my quality of sleep.
Ma Durga did body scan for each participant. She told me I was not at ease with myself, always in tension. I am also aware of this problem, but can’t exactly tell the root cause.
In yoga nidra, I consciously decided to connect and center myself back to my being. I could see the reason why I am not able to relax myself. It is from the social conditioning of being right or wrong. The society told me something is wrong. When I caught myself having such “wrong” thoughts, I would panic and immediately force myself to be “right”. The inner chatters constantly like, “I can not… I have to”. I become the judger of my actions, and feel tired, tired of life."
