Can I be really real for a second? Jumping in a calorie-deficit AND an exercise program WITHOUT matching your nutrition with your training is keeping you stuck. 🚫

While this approach may help you to LOSE body fat fast, OVER-RESTRICTING calories and UNDER-UTILISING nutrition, can have more NEGATIVES than positives. 💢

To begin with, your hormones get affected. Your stress levels increase. You can disrupt your brain chemistry. Your liver takes a beating with not enough carbohydrates to support its functions. You start having sleep issues. 😕💤

You see, I know you want to drop those extra kilos, and I promise you that you CAN achieve that, you just need to go about things in a DIFFERENT way. 💪❤️

AND HERE’S HOW:

If you want to LOSE body fat, I find the best way to get there is by *matching* your nutrition with your *training*. You need to make sure your body is getting ALL the sufficient macro and micro-nutrients that are needed to support the type of exercise you are doing AND you are properly *timing* your nutrition so that you recover better, sleep better, and perform well at the gym. 🏋️‍♀️💖

It’s how me and my clients have gone from feeling all beaten up to actually ENJOYING exercising and training while eating well AND living a full life. 😃🎀
