Hey 👋🏿! It’s Evelyn here and I’m seeing lots of new faces recently, so I figured it was time to reintroduce myself. (cue Jay-Z) 😆 If we’re meeting for the first time, I’d love to know what you do in the comments below 👇🏿 I’ll go first, I’m a former Chemical/Environmental Engineer turned professional chef. I’ve spent the past 12 years teaching cooking classes, doing dinner parties, small event catering, custom desserts, online cooking courses, culinary tours, culinary R&D and a lot more! 5 years ago I started teaching others how to earn income outside of the traditional restaurant kitchen, and most recently launched @gourmetgradschool , which is a culinary entrepreneurship academy. When I’m not coaching my clients on how to build scalable culinary companies (vs self employed hustles), you can find me playing in luxury makeup or trying my hand at ballet 🩰.
