However, we faced setbacks filling in this category initially as the auditionees didn't fit our peg requirements. We persisted by continuously opening the category until we found the right individuals who aligned with our taste in the said category. It's also resource-intensive so we decided to streamline the process, we have tightened the online screening criteria to require proficiency in both singing and dancing.

As well as their online engagement and market value. For those who are participating in a market test / online introduction task for the first time, please understand that it is an evaluation of your profile branding, engagement, interaction, network skills and connections, as well as your attitude.

This allows us to save time and resources while maintaining the quality of our production. It's important to balance boosting confidence with being efficient with our time and resources, especially since we don’t charge any fees to participants, unlike other production/agencies. As we move along with the auditions we are more strict with the requirements in order to push forward.
