This weekend sees our annual bike ride in aid of the Trust, from Laura's University town of Cambridge, to her home in Brockdish, Norfolk. It is East Anglia - granted - but there are still a few hills and bitter recriminations, as well as a great deal of happy camaraderie.

If you'd like to support the work we do, please do sponsor us. Your sponsorship funds great projects like the expansion of desperately needed trauma training in Ugandan hospitals, or funds university scholarships for medical officers who would otherwise not be able to afford it. We are delighted that we have just awarded two new scholarships (more on which in a future post); these doctors to be will return to their (much more rural bases) where qualified doctors are very much needed.
