We're making progress and transforming our client's facility. It's amazing what a spring cleaning project can do for a building. This floor was a hidden casualty of covid-19. Either the cleaning budget was spent on sanitizing to keep everyone safe or there was no qualified staff/vendor to maintain the floors. Instead of following industry standard maintenance practices, the in-house custodian just applied floor finish anytime the floor looked dull. He was trapping in dirt and scratches under new layers of floor finish each time he put down "wax" attempting to chase shine. The result was a shiny, dirty and dark floor.
