I personally love the sanitizing mist that doTERRA offers (for only $6.50 wholesale!) but this is a great recipe to make your own gel at home if you have a bottle of On Guard on hand!

Listen, you don’t need to hoard all the sanitizer you find or heck, pay $500 for one ( ). doTERRA is well stocked with their amazing hand sanitizer and they won’t inflate the prices with this increased demand 🙌🏻 BUT, if you’re more a “gel” person, that’s also so incredibly easy to make at home!
All you need is a few items (you MIGHT) already have and a little pump container. I used pumper but you can easily find some at places like Amazon for sure. Heck, I even have some in my amazon store! On Guard is the main attraction in this DIY because it’s got all of the top protective, immune supporting, buh-bye germ essential oils in one easy blend. Yes this stuff works, trust me!

What do you use to stay well this time of year?
This OnGuard has sanitizer spray is my FAVE. Alcohol free so it doesn’t dry out my hands and fortified with doTERRA’s proprietary protective blend. I also love that it’s a spray so I can be that girl and spray cart handles at the grocery store 🤷🏼‍♀️

“Ok guys, I’m getting vulnerable on this one.
Ever since I was about 10 months postpartum with my little guy (and still nursing him), my skin started freaking out and I felt like a teenager again. I knew it was all hormonal as I lead a pretty clean and healthy lifestyle, but man was it hard on my self esteem.
