Posted another episode on my LEAD1515 build. This video is all about dust collection. I built this swing arm to hold an Dust Right Anti-static 2.5" Hose. This hose is made with a material filled with carbon black which helps to eliminate static electricity build up. Your CNC electronics will thank you. At this point I am using my shop vac to provide suction and a dust separator to help prolong the life of my shop vacuum bag and filter. To more easily control the vacuum I added this custom 3d printed switch guard with 3d printed labels. These were printed on my mini using a pause to change colors. Video is live on my Lead1515 mobile base build! Link in bio to my channel. Next video will be about the dust collection vacuum hose swing arm and 3d printed switch guards. Then another video will be dedicated to how I built the bed/spoil board setup and another about the control panel/bit organizer. For those of you who want to build something similar I will have drawings up on my website this week.

First big project on the . A friend wanted a toddler tower for his son. He drew this up (always good when your friend asking for a favor brings CAD files!) we cut it out and assembled it in a few hours. His son loves it! Lead 1515 worked great. Editing a YouTube video on the Lead machine, the table, modifications, etc.
