Hi ladies. Today was a scheduled rest day so I thought that I would try one of the workouts from the Bodi platform. I did Bodi Camp with Autumn. It was not live it was the recoding. I love the whole concept but this particular workout the music was so loud I couldn’t hear a word that Autumn was saying. I actually just muted the TV 🙅♀️
Has anyone else tried a workout from Bodi? If do, did you have that issue?

Hey ladies. Today’s workout was one of the hardest in a long time. It was DCT&T - Shoulders from Off The Wall. I knew the Tabata was burpees so I started out not impressed 🤬.
In the Density round she had one move that I couldn’t do and I had to modify 2 others so I was feeling really defeated.
I thought about quitting but I have never turned off a workout. I pushed through the messy cause I guess something is better then nothing🙅♀️

Back to clean eating and almost my 1 gallon of water drank. Feeling good😜
Hey ladies. I have been away for a few days as I had to go out of town and move my mom. Moving is a big job. You don’t know what you have until you move!
I’m doing a full reset. I got the groceries and doing meal prep today. Tomorrow I start Phase 2 of Off The Wall.
I will be starting 645 at the beginning of September. I’m waiting on my sister to finish her first program so we can do it together.

Add to that, I had to go in the office today. First time in months. There was only 4 of us so not to bad. We are expected back in the office the day after Labour Day!

After coming home from a few days away I really needed to stretch it out. So I did ReVibe from MM💯. It is one of my favourites.
