Author of "The Protectors of Tarith" It is has since grown. I dread the next move, but my personal library always goes with me! Kaye T. The path continues.
My love of reading has led to an extensive library, and continuously having to move to make more room for my library, of which I had at one time 35 boxes of books to move. I love reading and re-reading books of all kinds. My love of storytelling derives from my childhood in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, where long winters create the perfect conditions for creative fires. A voracious reader, I h
ope to create good stories that people will enjoy, because there's nothing better than to curl up under the covers and read a good book. Sherwood is a pseudonym that honors some loved ones who are no longer with us, but never forgotten. I also like the idea of changing the name to fit the genre of what I've written, but for now, Kaye T. Sherwood is a blank canvas upon which I can create beautiful stories. I don't feel locked into a specific genre. I was born in a small town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I love being surrounded by nature; and by nature I mean trees, birds chirping overhead, leaves rustling in a continuous dance, and the random morning greeting to a strolling black bear. The nature I am surrounded by currently is filled with people, birds, squirrels, and the occasional neighborhood cat. I miss those hidden pathways and the clear air. Long winters led to a love of reading, writing, storytelling, and magic. Like many, I have trained under those gifted with knowledge and experience, loving the challenge of discovery. This call that I have answered, the call of knowledge, has led to the completion of two Master’s degrees in English and Liberal Studies, and a lifetime of knowledge gathering.
