Are you struggling to keep a consistent "voice" when creating content for your own brand or someone else's? Without making a whole project out of this, I start a brand voice mini-guide for clients by scanning their website and any provided digital materials for how they describe their entity, services or products. I copy and paste their words into Google Sheets for reference so I can more quickly create the script or message they need following their style and “voice”. I keep building out this guide as I learn more about the brand. Even for a one-time project, I want to provide due diligence in gathering information beyond a style sheet and targeted keywords.
