បេសកកម្ម៖ សហការជាលក្ខណៈយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តជាមួយអង្គភាពជាតិ​ និងអន្តរជាតិ​ ដើម្បី​ចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចការពារ​និងអភិវឌ្ឍ បរិស្ថានសមុទ្រ និងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ផ្នែកសមុទ្រ នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដោយធ្វើការផ្តោតសំខាន់ទៅលើវិស័យមុជទឹក។ ធ្វើការអប់រំ ក៏ដូចជាផ្តល់សិទ្ធដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ អភិវឌ្ឍ និងជំរុញក្នុងការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ និងបទបញ្ជានានា ជាមួយគោលដៅដែលមាននិរន្តរភាព ដូច្នេះភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់នឹងទទួលបានផលប្រយោជន៍ក្នុងលក្ខខ័ណ្ឌ ឈ្នះ - ឈ្នះ ទាំងអស់គ្នា។

Khmer Divers Association is an organization who is deeply in love with Cambodia marine environment. Protecting and showcasing our ocean in a win-win manner is our goal.

Visions: Work in a sustainable manner to restore and develop the marine environment and marine tourism industry of Cambodia.

Mission: Collaborate strategically with local and international entities to help protect and develop Cambodian marine environment and tourism, with focus on the marine tourism industry. Work to educate and empower the local community, develop and enforce rules and regulations with long-term sustainable goals in mind so that stakeholders involved will all benefit in a win-win manner.
