🌟ATTENTION ALL ATTENDEES - THIS POST CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION🌟

Below is detailed the logistical information for Thursday. It is important that you read it carefully.

The coaches:
What time will the coaches be picking us up? The coaches will be picking up at 6pm - please ensure you are there AT LEAST 15 minutes earlier than that (5:45pm) to ensure a prompt departure and that you get on the right coach

Where will the coaches be picking us up? Josephine Butler Car Park. Four members of the TCFS22 exec will be waiting there to ensure you get on the buses safely - Luke, Thea, Sophie and Clara.

Which bus do I get on? Information on which bus you will be getting on will be released once ticket sales close (Wednesday afternoon/evening)

Where do the buses drop us off back in Durham after the show? The buses are expected to drop off at the Students Union.

Can we drink/eat on the bus? There is a STRICT policy of ABSOLUTELY NO drinking or eating on the buses. If you are found with either drink or food on the bus, it will be confiscated from you.

What should I do if I miss the bus? If you miss the bus, it is up to you to make your own way to the venue. We suggest calling a taxi or getting an uber or taking the train.

Is there anything else that needs doing before you will be allowed on a bus? Yes, during that time on Wednesday, your tickets will also be checked, so you can be given physical tickets so we do not have to spend as long checking in the Josephine Butler Car Park.

Wednesday 16th February - LFT check and ticket collection in college (The cobbles) from 2pm - 4:30pm

LFTs will be checked and tickets given out by TCFS22 Treasurer Luke.

You will be required to provide proof of a negative University, or NHS Lateral Flow Test within 48 hrs of the show. These must be registered via the NHS app or website.

Do we have to register NHS LFTs? Yes. We will accept NHS LFTs but they must be registered through the NHS App or website. A photo of a negative LFT is insufficient.

What happens if I lose my ticket? Unfortunately you will not be able to board the buses and have to make your own way there

The show itself:
Where is the afterparty? Digital Newcastle (the same venue as the show)

What is the dress code? Black tie (so dust off your best fits)

When does the show start and finish? The show itself begins at 7pm and will last until around 10/10:30pm.

When does the afterparty start and finish? There will be a 30 minute break between the show and the afterparty which is due to start at 11pm and will finish at 2am sharp for the coaches.

Can I buy drinks on the night? Yes, there are bars within Digital from which you will be able to buy drinks.

What time should I arrive at the venue if I am not taking the bus? 6:30pm for the welcome drinks and for the show to start promptly at 7pm.

I’m thinking about staying in Newcastle after 2am - is it okay if I don’t take the coach back to Durham? Yes, it is fine not for you to take the coach back to Durham but please note you will be responsible for making your own way home if so. Coach travel is provided within the ticket cost to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to get to and from the venue safely.
