Already a massive fan of Arnica, I’m so impressed with the New - Weleda’s non-sticky Arnica Cooling Gel. I’ve applied the gel with great results to a couple of gardening injuries this week, a twisted knee and aching finger joints.

Great to see the Kids 2 in 1 shampoo and body washes winning awards. Good gentle bath time fun with no added synthetics. Creamy sweet Vanilla, refreshing Lime and fruity Orange. Good for delicate skin even for adult sized kids.

Amazing to see the yellow Aconites (Eranthis hyemalis) in my garden today in spite of having been buried in heavy snow for over a week. Here in Durham the winter aconites are always later coming into bloom than other parts of the UK but its a sure sign that Spring is not so far away.
