How much do I need to prepare?
ICPM Registration: 285 USD (less 35 USD for early bird discount) inclusive of accommodation, food during the summit proper and ICPM Kit
Airfare: At the rate now, from the Philippines to Phnom Penh (with 1 stopover), the cheapest is around 8k pesos one way so about 16k pesos round trip. The earlier you book, the better but it also depends on promotional fares.
Travel Tax: 1,620 pesos
So the minimum budget is about 34k pesos for Philippine delegates. If you plan to extend your stay, you can budget for 20 usd/day for meal allowance plus your hotel accommodation (depends on the hotel) and other expenses.

Don’t we all want a nice discount? An early bird discount of 35 usd (1,995 pesos at 57 exchange rate) is definitely a good one!
Early bird rate until April 30, 2024 = $250/person
Regular Fee after April 30 until June 30 = $285/person
Inclusive of accommodation, breakfast, lunch & dinner during the summit and ICPM kit. You also get to sponsor a Cambodian to join Day 2 sessions. Not included: T-shirt and fees outside summit dates.

How to go to the Village Hotel from Changi Airport?
1. From Changi Airport, look for the MRT station (connected to the airport).
2. Then take East-West-Line (Green).
3. Alight at BUGIS MRT station take EXIT B.
4. Head northeast on Victoria St toward Victoria Link (this is to your right from the escalator, you will see Raffles Medical centre)
5. Turn right onto Arab St
6. Destination will be across the road after Raffles Medical
Bugis Station to Village Hotel: 350 meters (5-10 mins of walk)

We're posting here the recent exchange rates that we have gathered when buying Singapore dollars. We let you decide where to change your money but hope this can serve as your guide.
There are a number of Money Changers around Singapore and rates vary but the one in Toa Payoh has so far the “best” rate that we found (this is near to the Toa Payoh MRT station).
PS: Many, if not all, of the money changers in the Philippines no longer sell dollars, they only buy. But if you find better rates elsewhere, go ahead.
