Super on the fly platter which turned out really dope! It’s a sashimi/ roll combo (hamachi, Saba, and snapper). If you’re considering ordering a platter from me please remember that I only take Saturday and Sunday orders and only on days that I do not have a catering event! My availability is on my website!

My nigiri flower plate:) if you just give me salmon nigiri, wasabi, and a little bit lemon I’m happy. More than that if you give me spanish mackerel with a bit of ginger and wasabi I will be super happy:)
