Consistency is about more than doing the same thing over and over… or repetition. Consistency is having the courage and grit to keep going even in the face of hardships, setbacks, and adversities. Consistency is showing up for life even when it’s hard or challenging. That’s me. I consistently show up even when it isn’t easy. When I succeed, I stay with it, too.
