What is an OXYMEL?!

An oxymel is my FAVORITE type of herbal remedy to make. it combines the medicinal benefits of raw honey with the medicinal benefits of plants & apple cider vinegar! A delightful, healthful tonic 🤍

The plants are extracted using a vinegar base as opposed to an alcohol or vegetable glycerin base & than infused into raw honey from our bees! 😍🐝🤍

Oxymel comes from the Latin Oxymeli, which means acid & honey. It was a common practice of native Americans!
