Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Artic’s doppelgänger Widmark! My family and I took a quick trip up to the Saratoga Race Park and were so fortunate to be able to have an up close and personal visit with another rare white Thoroughbred! This beautiful two year old gelding, bred and owned by Jan Durrschmidt, shares genes from both the Storm Cat line as well as the Airdrie Apache line!!! He resembled Artic not only in looks but disposition as well. Is it possible to fall in love again? Because I’m pretty sure I did!!!! When Widmark retires from racing do you know how to convince my amazing husband that Artic needs a friend?!? Drop all suggestions here👇🏼🤣🤍
