Thursday, February 1st, kicks off our 2-day shopping event at Kendra Scott, also to benefit SafePath Children's Advocacy Center. Twenty percent of your purchase will go to SafePath, so this is a great opportunity to drop a hint to your spouse, significant other, or family member who is struggling with what to get you for Valentine's Day! Also, what a great time to think ahead to upcoming weddings and graduations for those special remembrances. Kendra Scott has the solution!

Also at this event, we are kicking off our annual blanket drive for our philanthropy, SafePath Children's Advocacy Center. SafePath provides small fleece blankets as a comfort tool to each of the children brought into the facility. With everyone's generosity, we were able to donate 125 blankets to the cause last year, and we hope to surpass that this year. We can do it!
We are asking those who attend the dinner on the 17th to please bring at least one blanket (or as many as you can) to donate to this worthy cause. If you prefer, order online and have them sent directly to SafePath for Kappa Delta. The fleece blankets we have been donating are approximately 50" x 60", and can be purchased at Walmart for only $3.00 each! In the store, there are many colors and patterns available to choose from. Attached is a link for the blankets at Walmart, but you are welcome to purchase similar ones elsewhere.

Please bring some outdoor, child friendly decorations such as scarecrows, pumpkins, fall leaves, etc. that can be staked in the ground or hung from the 2 small trees in the front. These inexpensive items are readily available at the Dollar Tree, Target or WalMart.

We start the decorating early because it needs to be completed before the facility closes, so if you are unable to join us for decorating, please bring your appetite instead, and meet us afterward:
